Customer service is not authorized to deal with the details of this plan and you will have no hotspot. ,,,

Really? You've been misinformed. Not unusual though. It is not in the terms of this offer. Good luck.

Argh, twice in a row now I've gotten disconnected just as I got to the point that they were verifying everything, right after reading terms of service.

I didn't see anything in the wiki, which I've read 90898789 times by now lol. Do I need to be calling from a phone number not associated with any number I'm porting? I was on metroPCS, which ended on the 1st, so I was calling from my google voice number/hangouts on my computer, which I think is associated with my metroPCS number. Is that why it's getting disconnected at that point? Do I have to go borrow a friend's phone to get this done?

I did it online, and recieved email saying 'We shipped your order'. Probably my credit approved if they shipped SIM.
Phone Moto G6 unlocked - ordered directly for motorola
So.... you want to bring your number to sprint, but it is currently with Tello. And you want to activate your new moto g6 with that number from tello. As listed in the wiki, you can buy a tmo
sim number from ebay. Then call tmo and ask for pay as you go and that you will fund the account later( though recent reports are saying tmo will want $3 upfront). This will port your number out of tello and into tmobile. Follow the rest of the wiki especially note 1 and note 6. With the virtual ebay sim method, you will need a secondary phone to call sprint.

If you were emailed an account number, then be sure to give that info to the rep and explain your previous mistake.

Check eligibility of your new new g6 IMEI here: https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/br...hop:030918

If the tmo thing is too confusing for you, then i suggest just going to a tmo store and having them port your number out to a pay as you go. They can sell or give you a sim to go along with that and activate your new moto g6 on tmo. Then you can use that phone to call sprint.

Always, always record account numbers and pin numbers from all networks involved.

When I put in my info to check if my phone is compatible, I receive a message that my phone is ineligible for this offer. I have a moto g4 which they list as a compatible device, and my phone is also unlocked.
First, check eligibility on tings website. Then recheck here: https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/br...hop:030918

If that phone was on a sprint MVNO, then you will need to get that MVNO to reset the phone to be used on sprint postpaid.

I just did my first line. I'm assuming if I wanted to add additional lines to the account, then it would add $5 for each line right? Since auto pay is only a $5 discount which makes the first line free only.

I had canceled my acct at the end of Aug. Tried setting up the acct again today using the same info as before, but they found that my SSN was still tied to the previous acct., which was supposedly canceled. How is this possible? The rep said she removed the SSN from the previous acct, and then ran credit check followed with some crazy questions. I might have gotten one of the crazy questions (may or may be related to you non-sense questions) wrong. They declined my application. Not sure bcoz the SSN was tied to a previous acct or answer to the BS questions?

My FICO is near the max possible. Anyway to address this or just wait another 60 days as the rep said?

Thx

Each line will receive the auto pay discount and yes each line will be 4-5 dollars for admin fee and taxes. And each line will have the same expiration date as the first.
