Just called the credit dept. They asked those identity questions again and I passed this time. Calling the sales dept again now.

Thank you again @desi_babu_2010 and @hodaddy.

Why ask me my uncle's birthday as a question...they said if i had failed the questions again...i would have to wait 60 days.

regarding your other suggestion.
the wiki has information in the "notes" sections that is applicable to most everyone.
for the rest, each will have their own unique situation.
like no best buy around me or no apple store etc...

lastly, the wiki can be edited by anyone....even u can "clean it up"
feel free to make changes as u wish

would just request u not "mess" with the "notes" section

I'm going to defer to you on editing Wiki because I know others have WAY more experience than I do! I just wanted to mention the things that I noticed myself scrolling back and forth to find, since I did actually read the Wiki profusely. I'm seeing so many people not reading the Wiki at all, but I guess that's just how it works, no matter how you organize it. I tried to explain it to my friend and he didn't read a darned thing, and immediately got all confused and irritated lol.

Called the sales team. When I had called the first time, they didn't create an acct number. So now I will have to go thru the whole app procedure again...hopefully the approval will attach to the application. Not sure if it is going to be hard pull or soft pull. Credit dept lady said (when i called the 2nd time) they only count credit check as one if it is within 24 hours or so. Not sure, but to take the word for it. WTF.

last week I ported out my number. My plan is to wait for 45 days and if by that time this is till going on port back in for another year. Based on my understanding, 45 days is the time to be considered a new customer again. However, i can still log-in to sprint account using my old credentials. Will it affect in any way?
