Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Yes you can after 50 days on the plan. Call Account Services (aka Cancellations/Unlocks) after say 51 days (not other departments).

Anyone have luck on eSim and google voice? I want to just make a number on google voice and add to my iPhone XS
iPhone eSim is not supported at all yet and there are currently problems anyway with Google Voice related to VoLTE (search reddit Sprint subreddit for details).

Any idea why my pixel xl2 won't activate? Just keeps saying updating carrier settings. Did the *# thing, imei and iccid match and the sim is 416q
Did you try resetting the apn? Just google how to reset the apn settings. Or just do a phone reset.

Others will know better than I do, but while waiting, just type S9 in the SlickDeals search box at the top of this page and you will see a bunch of S9 deals just in the past few days.

You can get any mainstream brand S9, such as Verizon S9 which can be unlocked instantly when paid off on many/most offers. Lots of people have been doing that. Any branded S9 now has full complete brand switching on any carrier sim insertion (once carrier unlocked).
I have yet to see a deal on the S9 that doesn't require a) payment plan b) plan/contract commitment or alteration or c) new line of service.Frown

I cannot touch the plan I'm on. The amount of money I save each month far outweighs the $3-400 saved off a phone and actually renewing a line.

I apologize if this has been covered, but I looked for over an hour last night and another hour this morning. I'm trying to get my daughter set up on this. She's never had a cell phone before (she's 13). So obviously she doesn't have a number to port. I did the google voice thing and it gave me a number, but when I click on the link in the wiki to unlock the number, I get
"You do not have any phone numbers available to unlock for porting out.

Click here to learn more about unlocking your phone for port out."

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

A lot of the Verizon offers were ok. A whole bunch of people here have done them and were able to get around all those problems. I will leave it to them to post if they want.

so sprint runs our credit only to issue generic sim card, which can be bought anywhere for around 3$?
Most of us say, avoid signing up online.

Get the sim locally. Then phone in to sign up.

That's what the Wiki recommends.

So we do not have these problems and most of us are not very familiar with them.

I updated from pixel 2 xl to pixel 3 and reused the same sim. It worked fine but took a while to update carrier settings on pixel 3

Awesome question. Not dumb all. That's how to learn.

The wiki is on first page of this thread.
Summarizes all the key information for this deal.
It can be updated modifed by anyone.

Good luck.

Ask questions if you have them, after you read wiki of course.
