Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Looking to buy 2 decent phones for my kids to use for this promo since I can't bring over the LG X power from Xfinity. Maybe with the current ebay coupon? Any suggestions?
LG Tribute Dynasty is just under $100 and gives you all Sprint features, including Visual Voicemail and Wifi Calling which will be absent on many non-Sprint phones. After 50 days on Sprint, you will be able to unlock it for later use on all carriers.

https://www.walmart.com/ip/LG-Tri.../942528012

Or Best Buy and get them to price match (which is what I would do to get their better return policies compared to Walmart).

You need to avoid the cheaper Boost version which is unlikely to be accepted.

BE VERY CAREFUL it is NOT the Boost version..

You can tell that the port is completed when you can no longer make call from original phone. When I did it to renew my free year on sprint, I didn't even remove the sim card from sprint phone.
I"m thinking they must have change something in their system. I talked to 3 different people at T-Mobile today that all have said that everything is set up and that the number is is ported automatically when i activate the sim card on my phone. Confused

What did they say about you still able to call from your Sprint phone? If you are right about the system change, then you need to have a cheap T-Mobile phone activated just for the porting. Sometimes calling in different times may help. Also please describe your whole story here and someone who recently ported can help you out.

Ok, that makes sense. Thank you!

Quote from comintel :
Global Roaming is really just Sprint's standard international roaming service and is include in all Sprint Plans so there is no reason to list it as an option.

It is also clearly stated in the Sprint Free BYOD plan web page as included in this particular plan so I would not worry about it. If you are still worried you can do International Chat and they will reassure you.

Yes there is a free International Calling promo and we are not eligible for it. I chatted and asked. We are also not eligible for Premium International Experience. That is stated on the Sprint web page for this offer.

Realistically Sprint is not going to give us free promotions from full priced plans that it has to pay other carriers for on a cash basis by the minute.

We have 5 lines on the free plan, If port out two lines to other carrier, does it affect the other remaining 3 lines? Thanks a lot.
Yes, your monthly bill will be 2/5ths lower with no proration when porting out.

If you then add 2 lines back on, your original one-year expiration (when you signed up) will still apply.

I called from a different number. I just ordered a 1 cent sim from unreal and will go that route. I tried at different times over several days, just kept getting the same story from T mobile. Any other suggestions where to port to temporarily for free/practically free?

I am looking for suggestions for a phone to purchase for this plan. Prefer something inexpensive and very easy to use. This is for my Dad who is a senior and would use it primarily for calls and using whatsapp.

Today I visited Sprint store to get SIM card for iPhone 6S Plus, they gave the sim card for free but the part number looks different SIMGLW436C than what is mentioned in ting.com SIMOLW416C.
I asked them again by showing the ting.com part number, but they said given sim will work with 6s plus. Any body has used SIMGLW436C part number with 6s plus?
