Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

In the process of getting the 2nd year free. Forgot to ask Account number of the TMobile Account. Is it not the phone number with 1 in the beginning? Or should I call them again?

Call sprint using the number in the wiki and try it. Try it with and without the 1 in front. If you used t mobile online portal then it will definitely be different but it also should be emailed.

I have an unlocked ATT Note 9, when checking, it says "Ineligible, this phone does not qualify for this offer"

Is the ATT Note 9 just not compatible with Sprint?

Not until Samsung releases its BYOD brand-switching update for this phone (expected within 6 months - already released for S8, Note 8, S9 at a sizeable delay after their initial release).

Until then no branded Note 9 can be used except on its original carrier, even when unlocked by the carrier.

Yes you can, by chat or from the dashboard (see Wiki for details and the importance of calling it a device Swap or IMEI Swap in dealing with Sprint to distinguish it from upgrades).

The new phone has to have a specific sim listed as valid for that phone model.

can someone confirm who should I mention the carrier as for numberbarn number? Is it bandwidth.com?
Update: It went through - I think the guy said it showed up as bandwidth.com
How long would a numberbarn port take?

You should name numberbarn as the carrier.

Otherwise, if Sprint sends it to bandwidth.com, how Is bandwidth.com going to know how to look up numberbarn's unique account numbers and pins, even if numberbarn does use bandwidth.com (which I do not know either way)?

bandwidth.com is a huge national network that offers its numbers to hundreds of small mvno's. It is the mvno that has to approve the port. But maybe bandwidth.com will forward it to numberbarn. Otherwise if it fails, just correct the carrier to numberbarn.

Only if you activate online which we do not recommend in the Wiki.

If it doesn't happen in a few hours you can contact the Sprint porting Dept. The number is in the wiki under FAQ 2. They can possibly help push it through.
