Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I am on this plan. My wife is on Sprint so I have an eSIM for Tmobile that I will port into PAY AS YOU GO (per Wiki)

I tried calling Tmobile last weekend. I was on hold and given option of call back in 50mins. I got called back and verified after ICCIM submission then put on hold again for 25 mins. I hung up. I will call them after Xmas - hopefully will have shorter hold times.

Can I use my teenager daughters SSN to create a new Sprint account for my wife? Can't use mine since I am already on this promotion (signed up in October)

You can just add your wife's phone as an additional line on your account by calling in. It will have to be off Sprint first of course.

Thanks Comintel. Wiki said that if I add her to my account then her phone line will also expire on the same timeline as mine. If I can sign her up for a new line (not associated with my account) then she will be at least 2-3 more months on the promotion. Am I correct?

Yes in general but let's consider right now.

If you already have an end of savings date of Jan 31, 2020 (which you may or may not have depending on exact date you signed up), then that's still what a new account created right now would get. Most likely that will not jump forward another couple of months until mid to late January.

Just check Dashboard / Manage Plan /See Details or the MySprint app to see what your end of savings date is.

It may be easier to add her to my existing account. I will call them after Xmas. Thank you for your help!

Optimal may be to put her on yours for now, then move her to a new account of her own after Jan. 31, and at least 45 days after she is off her old Sprint Acct (assuming the offer is still open).

That way, she gets an end of savings date still further out beyind the current Jan 31, by maybe an additional 2 or 3 months - could be April 30 (remains to be seen)!

As long as I order the SIM card online and activate before 1/20/19 I will be eligible for 12 months free?

$12.99 for sim and shipping upfront cost. Can I order a compatible SIM from amazon for $7 instead (iPhone 6s plus)

Then $1.99 fee/month from sprint plus taxes and fees?

There's no set date for this promo, but presently for new subs it's 1/20.
Checkout the wiki post, there's several ways to get sims.
As for taxes and fees, depends on location, Near the end of the wiki, users posted their costs in their respective zip codes.

As was noted, see the Wiki for where to get sim cards for free or max $2.99 locally, and how to call in to activate to avoid the temporary $30 activation fee as well.

Just to add to what was said, they commit to an END OF SERVICE date in January 2020, but not to a specific SIGNUP cutoff date in 2019.

So they could cut signups off whenever, say early to mid January, for example.

So signup now to be safe! Use a temporary phone and number if need be.

Yes you can.

You can cancel it immediately after signing up. That's what people do.

In fact try to cancel it that same day - that way people have found it does not even appear on your bill at all.
