Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I was just able to activate a stylo 3 and samsung s7 even though they are on the "expired" list
There is no list of expired phones.

You are misinterpreting.

There are old out of date lists but all phones on those lists that would activate before will still activate.

Sprint and all other carriers cannot enable brand portability until Samsung releases its BYOD brand portability update for that phone which is not expected for months still.

Just check the checker periodically and you will know before anyone here does.

Or ask Samsung.

Maybe March-April time frame.

You don't need to have a phone on T-Mobile. The only thing you need to do is have the phone line from Sprint moved over to the SIM card on T-Mobile. Doesn't matter what phone it is

I realize, there is no hotspot in the plan as of today. But what actually happens when you try to use it? Some error message from Sprint like "hotspot is not included in your plan" or it works but speed is limited to 2 or 3G? Thank you.

there is no HS as of ~7/15

ur phone will not even do HS as it needs to be provisioned by S to your phone.
(ie when u do profile update etc)

folks have used pda + net to skirt around the issue

I don't know. I don't use any plug-ins. Though, if you already have one plug-in that does the same thing, there may be some kind of conflicts there. This is a big YMMV. I was expecting $25 back, but was surprised to see $100.
I only see $25 for BYOD :

I just ordered a LG G5 9/10 condition from ebay for $65. Not sure if you would be ok with something that isn't new but though it was a good deal. I should get it tomorrow then will sign up along with an unused pixel 1 I have.
