Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Did you call 1-877-778-2107 to activate your virtual sim or did you do it online? For me, I called. The online activation didn't work for me.

Sorry if this is a silly (or poorly phrased) question but I really did look for the answer:

Since I need to use my spouses SSN, is it going to be an issue since I am not the same gender?… I mean, I will be setting it up under my spouses name as well...so are they going to have a problem with the fact that I am obviously not them?

(Note: I've read that other people have used their spouses SSN but in today's day and age it doesn't really imply a different gender so I just thought I'd ask).
had below in wiki.
was removed somehow

folks , this deal is for new customers only.
so to get a 2nd year, u need to be a new customer.
since u had 1 year already , u r not a new customer.
so options are:

1.
wait 45 days and be considered a new customer again
(some have done it sooner but not guaranteed)
now u can sign up again with your own name ,ss# info etc

2.
signup another person that does not have Sprint service in last 45 days
(like spouse, a 18+ year child, a relative, a life partner, etc)
that person will be the account holder.
so that persons ss#, name ,address etc will be used.
with their consent.

u r not stealing anyone's identity
do not commit fraud

I have this plan from beginning this year or the end of last year, I don't remember. I looked my first bill, it says the billing period is Dec 29 (2017) to Jan 28 (2018). So my plan should be already ended a few day ago. But I looked my old bills, it says "Savings until 01/31/19; then $60/mo ...". So do I still have the saving on Jan? If I am charged $60 now and switch to another company a few days later, will I still get charged $60 on Jan or less based on how many days I will be with Sprint?

I realize, there is no hotspot in the plan as of today. But what actually happens when you try to use it? Some error message from Sprint like "hotspot is not included in your plan" or it works but speed is limited to 2 or 3G? Thank you.
On the iPhone 6s, the hotspot can't be enabled. On the 10s it can be enabled but I have not being able to successfully connect to it.

i ported one line few minutes ago, and i think its customer care in Philippines, they still have the account number same as your phone number.. so may be it depends on which customer service center initiated porting ? and another one i ported yesterday has account number different from phone number.. Frown

This is normal. When they extend the promo, they push it out 2 to 3 months. Look for it to change again around mid January, IF they decide to continue it at all. Just be sure to Port out before your end date. Porting out cancels your account as soon as the Port completes so you may want to start the process a week early to be sure. You can also call to cancel and you will likely be transferred to retentions who may offer you other deals to remain a Sprint customer. Mint mobile has a great promo that expires tomorrow but gives you 45 days before it must be used. Search SD. Or read the wiki to get another year with spouse's SSN.

I called that number as well. Looks like it does vary what kind of account number t-mobile gives you, so definitely need to ask. For what it's worth, I gave the wrong account number during the sprint port in process and they were able to troubleshoot it with me on the phone. A notification also immediately appeared on my sprint online account where I could make the necessary change if I wanted to.

That is the cost for the sim card you obviously must have ordered.

(It is optional unless you ordered online - you could have provided your own if you wanted to if you ordered by phone. It is not part of the monthly plan fee).

It runs about $4-$5 per month for taxes and 911 fees. It is different in every county.

I used tmobile online to port my sprint number to tmobile. Now trying to port back to sprint, I got tmobile account number online and user id 4 digit pin. How do I get 6 digit pin? emails from t mobile does not say anything out account number or pin.

Update:
Got pin# setup over phone by calling tmobile csr. I dont where i missed my pin setup via online.

Thanks, if I port out, do I still need to call Sprint to close my account? I plan to come back to this promo again 45 days after I leave Sprint.

Yes you can do all that except
(1) you cannot port directly from Boost because Boost is part of Sprint. So port somewhere else first as an intermediate step..
(2) if the phone on Boost is a prepaid-only phone purchased originally from Boost, it cannot go on postpaid or this plan until it has been on Boost for a year and they sign off on it
(3) The plan most likely will not be open to new subscribers for another full year but you could possibly still do some timing of that general nature.
Sorry for the late reply, thank you for the help.
