Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Sorry for the late reply, thank you for the help.
You're welcome.

Do you think you will be able to do it?

Thanks, if I port out, do I still need to call Sprint to close my account? I plan to come back to this promo again 45 days after I leave Sprint.
You don't have to but you can use chat to verify and then you will have a written transcript to save.

They asked me if I wanted free roadside assistance?

I said no because (1) I was skeptical and (2) I already have it through my insurance.

I doubt it's really free. Probably paid per incident (?). What do you think?

They are pushing the new Sprint Drive device.

https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/ho...an=1100264

Seems though if you cancel service in less than 24 months, then you'll end up paying for the device. It's just not for me.

You also have to have a wifi plan at $10/mo.

hodaddy posted a good explanation of that offer.

However, on a tangent, I would suggest you check that you are really on the Free plan. I have not heard of anyone on this plan being pitched that offer. I would not have thought it would be available on this plan. Also you cannot be on this plan for the needed 24 months unless you convert over to a paid plan. I guess that might not stop them. It could be a goof by the Sales rep.

To check, look at Manage Plan / See Details on your DashBoard. Or look at the My Sprint app on the phone.

I just ported from AT&T to Sprint and the service works for me. Now I would like to port over the remaining three lines from our AT&T family plan. What is the best way to do this? I don't seem to have the option to do it online anymore since I have already created an account with the one line. There are no Sprint stores near me and the nearest Apple store is 45 minutes away to get three SIM cards.

Well, just did this for the third time (original sign up, add one line, then add 3 lines today). I got off a very old postpaid ED1500 Sprint account. Used the online T-Mobile prepaid system each time and it worked like a charm. Bought the cheap eSIM numbers off eBay, ported each line individually to TM with a different email address, and copied down the account numbers on the order confirmation page. Waited until each phone and number showed "eligible" in the BYOD checker, then called Sprint. Got somebody in the Phillipines as usual, but he was a nice guy. Took 30 minutes exactly to get all the lines ported over. He sneakily added Sprint Complete insurance to one of the lines, but I removed it online immediately. I'll double-check to make sure it's gone later tonight. Sweetest deal EVER, and I'm really crossing my fingers it's still around in May when these free lines expire.

If you call the number in the wiki they can send out the sims you need. There is a sim chart link in the wiki. They can send you the 4 in 1 sim kit that should cover most phones. Be sure to check all your phones imei in the checker. They charge 2.99 for each kit and you should receive them in 2-3 days

Thanks for that datapoint. The tmo online portal referenced in the wiki seems to be the easiest way to port out.

Got it, thank you! Took about 20 minutes on the line. SIM cards should be here in a couple days. Bye Bye AT&T and your $220/monthly bill.
