Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Thanks for the reply.
I was familiar with the Samsung (all the Samsung models I have are strictly mvno not Mothership) not the Moto family (same situation have many Moto's- all mvno none Mothership). I was hoping there would be some generic Android workaround(s) but XDA and Google have not been helpful.
I have Nexus 6, Essential Phone and iPhone on Sprint I assumed iPhone was locked down as usual but both the Nexus 6 and the Essential Phone are rooted so was hopeful....
Did you try the suggestion near end of the wiki?

I don't get this part from 1b:

4) The ICCID# of Your Sprint Sim card

How am I supposed to have a ICCID# of Sprint Sim card when you're porting into Sprint (when you're not a Sprint Customer). From the description, it looks as I'll be getting the sim card next day as I process this on the phone. Can anyone provide me some clarifications?

You need the SIM card (iccid) before proceeding with phone activation.

before u ever call sprint.
one method is to :

1. have a eligible # to port (one option of u do not have one is get a number from GV to port)

2. get a eligible phone to use as porting phone
(my recommendation is a used like new lg g5 for ~$70 on ebay)

3. get a sim for that phone

u can do all these 3 things before ever calling sprint

I just tried to activate a Consumer Cellular Moto E4 Plus (XT1775) with an un-blacklisted IMEI to the promotion and they couldn't connect to it. The SIM is straight from Sprint.

The list provided here and the BYOD one on their website says it's compatible.

Anyone else have similar problems?
Are you sure that the phone sees the sim card? Does the display show connected to the Sprint network? If no, this could be the problem: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/MOTO...-p/3840580

We have an otherwise perfectly good and a little over a year old Moto G4 Play with the same problem. Last I checked I didn't find a fix unless under warranty and sent in to be fixed.

Looking for some insights, bought a new, unlocked Iphone 8 (A1905 model) for my partner (as a birthday gift next month) before he did the switch last week from AT&T to Sprint, and I understand this particular model wouldn't work with Sprint, is there any way that maybe Sprint can exchange this phone to the A1863 model? Any recommendations as well would be really appreciated. TIA!

I moved my number from Sprint to T-mobile in Nov "For the $750 Costco iPhoneXs Offer ". I got my $750 rebate. Can I move back to Sprint with the same phone number or is there any restriction?

Shouldn't be a problem to port back in the same number.

If you can return it and buy it at Best Buy or another retail store instead, they always supply the universal model, even for AT&T use (but reverify this).

We got LG g6 and Samsung note 5 on Verizon post paid. Call sprint but not eligible because of imei. How can I get this to work for us, if possible? Don't want to buy new or used eligible phones. Thanks
