Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I waited a couple months and signed up again yesterday morning.

For some reason I'm not seeing my credit card on the account (no payment method) and I'm not enrolled in autopay. At least I'm on the correct plan.
Should add it and enable autopay before they generate a bill, to make sure you get the $5 discount.

One more question, please?
"your order requests additional processing"
In this situation, did Sprint actually pull my credit?

Well WTH. I have 5 purchased late november and not a single one will work. Also have some older ones where i bought the physical card and none of those either. Yes, it probably would work, all of mine fail that check and instead I get " Sorry, that SIM can't be used on our network" Curious to understand why it works for some, and I got zero out of 5, even 1 or 2 would have been cool with me.

Has anyone been able to reuse sim cards that ported to T-moble through the website? is that the link, everyone reusing them did it over the phone? maybe not funding the account is the trick? I just like trying to understand things. I'll just buy 4 new sim cards and not have to worry about it for another year
I just tested a physical T-mobile card that was used 2 weeks ago for an online port. It came up with this message:
Sorry, that SIM can't be used on our network.

I also tested a virtual T-mobile SIM number that I used for 5 ports over the phone last summer and fall. That one did list an "activate by" date of November, so I was not surprised to get the same error message.

I entered a sim number I purchased on ebay that I had previously used for porting and it came back with this result just now:
"Success! Your SIM is ready to be used with your device"
I obviously didnt proceed after that, so not sure if it would go through?
Which link do you use to enter the sim number you purchased from ebay? Thanks.

I used the Tmo link in the wiki, think it's in the faq section.

I hate that this no longer includes hotspot or ability to use hotspot or add it to your plan. I would never pay sprint $60/mo just to be able to use hotspot on my plan. I wouldn't have sprint period if it wasn't free. Disappointing.

I figured I'd post an update. To get another free year I purchsed 3 cards for TMobile from the link in wiki. I successfully ported out to Tmobile after having some problems...when doing it online you have to do one line at a time. I was trying to port out all 3 numbers at once and it would give me an error.
Last night I signed up for Sprint again...after having some issues because the security/fraud woman did not believe my mother and I were the same person (we're not, but I answered all the questions correctly) and if I was stealing someone elses identity I would sign up for a hell of a lot better plan than Sprints free one.
Anyways, after some resets my mom and my iphones 6's connected fine. But my Dad's Moto E4 Plus is NOT connecting to Sprint for some reason. Anyone else running into this issue? My mother is calling tech support again to see if they can help.

Oh, and hell is trying to help your 70 old parents with tech problems over facetime.

Lame- You took my quote out of context.

The user asked how to sign up with a new account, so I said with a new Ssn (meaning new user non tied to the old)

SMH
you asked people to use a new SSN ?
that must be cheating ....I wish I can have new SSN..

It's weird, same thing happened to me. Called in to swap an Essential to the plan and it would not connect even if the rep said it's swapped. After all the prl updates and scrtn resets still nothing. I gave up but finally thought of doing this at another location. While I was in my office it would not connect. But once I was at the parking lot, did another reset, and it went through. So go out somewhere where you have a better signal and try.

We never said it could just automatically be done online.

Most of us recommend calling only.

Probably the rep has to have the credit department remove your SSN from the old account, that's all.
During round 2 the rep asked me if I had a previous Sprint account and I said yes and I think credit department looked at it and approved me right away.
