Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Try contacting the seller, see if you can get a new one and see if it's any different? I've never used them for getting a new number but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Does it fail right on the first page where you check device compatibility and check the sim card?
It fails about 3 pages in on the last one where you are hitting complete order.
I contacted the seller asking but no reply yet.

I may try over the phone and see if that works.

Any idea if i can use the sim on different devices than i used at first?
For example: use google pixel phone to get 1 year free and then put the sim in an ipad or iphone

Great, I just put the Sprint SIM into my t-mobile phone, it worked great
Wow that's a great experiment!

I guess TMobile just goes by the ICCID and does not check the IMEI since it would not check it for its own customers.

I'm running into a snag trying to get my Sprint-branded Galaxy S7's IMEI changed from pre-paid to post-paid as described.

I contacted one of the agents on the Sprint forums about making the device eligible. The Sprint website shows the device is eligible for BYOD with Sprint, but not eligible for the promotion. They are telling me that I'm not eligible for the promotion because I must be using a Verizon or ATT post-paid customers only. I don't know what to tell them because that's what the fine print says on the promotion. I see nothing about a non-sprint "family of providers" as described by OP. Device was previously used on Twigby (why I need to get it changed to post-paid), port-in would be from Cricket.

Hi, I ported to free promo yesterday and I have full HD video on my iPhone XS. Youtube plays HD 1080 without buffering. Fast speed test shows 45 mbps.
I checked my plan, it us free till 03/31/2020.
Very strange, but I like it :-)

Read the wiki. Call the number ending in 8777. Don't listen to any other sprint agents as they will not give correct information about this promo.

They have been making some changes to their eligibility checking. Since it shows as eligible on the regular BYOD checker, I think if you just call TeleSales 866-782-8777 to sign up it may go through. That has often been the case where it shows as eligible on the regular checker.

Also first try the Ting checker as sometimes just trying it there can clear it, believe it or not.

Warning: T-Mobile unwilling to give me the account numbers. Any tips?.
You obviously used a digital sim and called to port instead of the website link? I've seen Others in the same situation and have had to go to a TMobile store.

Some people have reported that. I think Sprint may not have the technical capability to throttle it in some regions (Sprint uses varying equipment from multiple vendors) or when TMobile's network is used..

Honor 5x not eligible for Sprint. 436C can only be used for select Apple iPhones, IPads.

You will need the correct sim listed for your phone. You can order the 4 in 1 kit from sprint [sprint.com] or by calling the 8777 number in wiki
