Did you call the TeleSales number ending in 8777?

If not, there may be some risk they might have put you on the wrong plan.

Just to be safe, I would just suggest check online DashBoard at Manage Plan / See Details to confirm.

Also you would probably want to cancel Sprint Complete Insurance if they added it..

Yes. I called Telesales number ending in 8777 and it took nearly 90 minutes to complete entire processes including Port in , SIM activation, Auto Pay setup and monthly recurring charges with auto pay discount. As Wiki stated, he was offering to take insurance, iPad, and Sprint Drive. I didn't take any and my final bill will be only tax+ charges.

I called 8777 and was able to switch to sprint. But they also told me i cannot change phones for 4 months or my promo will go away. So what happens if my phone breaks?

Nah i guess that is not true. U can swap anytime with chat option.or u can do it yourself from account.

Lady at this number said there was nothing she could do because the system wouldn't allow me to reapply for 60 days. I offered to walk to a corporate store and present my passport/ID etc, and she simply told me the same line. System would not let me.

This is an excellent deal and WIKI and I followed it through and through, but now I'm stuck. Any advice?

Call again and ask to speak to a Supervisor.

That has worked for quite a few people.

Ask whether you were turned down on a credit basis or an identity basis. If it is truly a credit basis then it may be harder.

If that does not work you can email VP Marci Carris (see Wiki for email address).

I just checked mine a couple of days ago. I think I found it on the dashboard under My Sprint, More, Change Services

It showed that I didn't have any additional services so I guess they didn't add on either the insurance or the drive. I told them that I didn't want either but some people have said sometimes it gets added on anyway.
