Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

If my wife opens a free line in her name can we then port out our other 2 lines from the current free deal in my name to TMobile and soon after port them back into her new Sprint account? If so how soon?

I know if I want to start a new account in my name it's 45 days or do however this is a different situation.

TIA
Yes, right away.

I called back and spoke with multiple supervisors who all told me the same thing so emailed the VP with my sob story. In literally 5min someone from management called me and was able to reset the the "60 day" clock, and now I'm in the process of finalizing the process, I was even granted 5 lines when I only needed 1.

My next headache is that I bought the LG G5 as suggested in the WIKI and I'm having the hardest time finding a compatible SIM for it. My local sprint store doesn't have any that match the phone (we checked them all) and I'm going to the corporate stores/apple today. Trying to avoid getting the simcard shipped because the 30 day return window for this phone is approaching and I don't want to have wasted the $70 on this thing.
In addition to @comintel post, if you end up going to the Apple store, ask for the iPhone 7 sprint sim. See if they give you the 446c model.

Same question. I have two lines under my hubby's name. When I had tried to get in this deal last year under my name it didn't work BC long (over a decade ago), I was with Sprint so my SSN was already in their system and it wouldn't let me sign up for this deal. Wondering if I can try with my name again.

What if a person's name/SSN is already in Sprint's system from being a prior customer years ago?

Thank you for your quick response as well as your help the other day. My account expires in April I'm thinking it might be better to get a new account started before this deal finally dies

If adding a line to an existing account, they won't ask for a ssn again.

I have LG G7 that I bought from google fi. My plan is to port it out to h2o and then port it to sprint. However, when I check the eligibility of the device, I get "Ineligible, this phone does not qualify for this offer". Is there an issue with LG G7?

LG G5 uses 446C or can use 416C. Best place to try is Best Buy(need to ask mobile people as is non retail package) or Sprint corporate. Apple doesn't carry 446c. For iPhone 5s-7 they carry 436C.

Your SSN number only needs to be away from Sprint for 45 days to qualify for a new plan. BYOD included.

Here is my suggestion. When you close the existing account (when the free promo 1 year expires, for example, etc.), call the credit dept at Sprint (number listed in Wiki) and ask them to remove your SSN from the Sprint acct that u just closed.

Just a good practice.

I didn't do the above. When I signed up for the 2nd year, my SSN showed it was tied to the acct that was closed 3 months ago. Good thing that the tele sales called the credit dept during the application process and had it removed.

The Sprint corporate store did indeed have a simcard that works with the LG G5 and as of a few minutes ago my account has been sucesfully activated on the 1 year free plan. You all rock, thanks slickdeals!!!!
