Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I did this immediately after signing up. It does show up as removed on my dashboard, but my bill is still reflecting it being on there, which is why I'm confused.
Quote from comintel :
I am sure it is fine. Just Chat and they will explain how their bookkeeping system works. They rarely if ever remove charges once they have appeared. Instead, they give offsetting credits. This documents the entire sequence of events better so you can see what happened and is better practice.

If it shows that you need to actually pay an amount though, I would ask them if that is the case as I agree you should not have to do that.

If you Chat, you can have a written transcript.
Yesterday i used chat to remove $30 activation charge from X4 deal and they applied it immediately on to my bill and i saw the reduced amount owed. So it should be possible. Maybe you just have to be insistent. In my case i didn't have to insist, they just offered.

Or maybe they do it that way so the sales reps get credit. Now that i think of it, my insurance was also credited on the next billing cycle.

Anyone have experience with the Magic Box at end of service? I requested one and found out its associated with a phone # now on my BYOD plan. What happens after the year of service is up? Do I ship it back at my expense or can I hang on to it?

Debating if I should port my 4 number account from tmobile to sprint now that I am seeing that you can roam on tmobile network.

same plan here, minus the Netflix.
I'm paying about $160 a month for unlimited everything.
Been reluctant to switch to sprint because I had them years ago and the service was really bad.

Will go to the apple store and get sims for the 3 iPhones and I just need 1 SIM card for a Galaxy S8

thanks for the help!

With this plan, can you add the high-speed data pass when traveling international or do you have to stick to the 2G speeds?

Yeah, my first day with Sprint today and no complain. I pick up 3 iphone Sim at Apple store, pick one in bestbuy for Galaxy S9 plus even though i have one Sim order 2.99 coming this Thurs from Sprint but i couldn't wait to port the whole Tmobile acc. SOi stop by Best buy pick up the SIm for 10 bucks.

I will miss Tmobile for total 140 4 line plus Nextflix (8 month with Tmobile and 20 years with ATT) but not too long if i can see my first bill here. LOL

They send you a prepaid return UPS shipping label so it costs you nothing to send it back.

I have sent them back twice at the end.

Slight clarification, the Apple Store has been issuing sim ending 416Q for iPhone 8,X which is compatible with S8. The iphone8,X can also use 426Q which is not compatible with S8 so just double check for 416Q in case apple store changed.

Send my regards to Masayoshi Son. I and Rocket Man are having fun in Vietnam. We embrace each other and fall in love. Rocket Man invites Masayoshi Son to invest in North Korea (high-speed trains, tall buildings, real banks, real supermarkets, secret nukes, cellular network, e-car, and many other things). We are going to name everything TRUMP. TRUMP Train, TRUMP Tower, TRUMP Bank, TRUMP Network, etc. Big Grin
