Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Right now as my main line I have Tmobile. And I also have a sprint line with this to play with. The only phone I can use on sprint is my main Tmobile phone as well. I'm kind of tired of switching when I'm in the mood to test out sprint. I'm either going to cancel out the line or I'm also looking for a suggestion on an extremely cheap device to throw that in. It can be one of those android garbage phones don't care. Any suggestions?

You can roam on tmobile. Why wouldn't you just switch over and I don't know... not pay Tmobile.

Service varies depending on location, phones and other variables.
Yes, you will need to contact sprint to swap your phones, via chat is an ideal option. You will first need a sprint eligible phone, with it's own compatible sprint sim. See wiki post for details.
Thank you! In the wiki, I also see something like : if the phone is a Sprint brand, then swapping doesn't need activation? Did I understand that right?

Swapping to a different phone is absolutely free. Upgrade you have to pay activation.

sorry if this has been answered but since people are saying you can roam on tmobile networks, can you be on the phone and use data at the same time?

Thanks, but if the phone that I'm swapping to is a Spring Brand, will that phone work right away after I put it the sim card? Or do I still have to call/chat with Sprint before it will work (like all other phones)?

A question regarding Iphone unlock with Sprint

I heard that I could request to unlock my Iphone after 50 days on Sprint. I have been on the free plan for almost a year, so now if I swap my current Moto g5 plus with an Iphone 6s plus ( bought from Boost,) does the Iphone 6s plus have to be used for 50days to qualify for unlocking? or the unlock can be requested, as long as my account /plan is over 50 days with Sprint. Thanks. I searched , but couldn't find the answer.
If Boost unlocked it, it should already be unlocked.

If they did not unlock it, probably you would not be able to use it on Sprint postpaid.

But if you do somehow manage to get it on without Boost having unlocked it, then yes, probably Sprint will be willing to unlock it after 50 days.

Does anyone have technical knowledge of Sprint's phone whitelist? I'm wondering if it may be possible to get LTE bands working on GSM-only phones if you input the proper APN settings. Data only of course.

I saw it possible on Verizon to get non-officially supported phones working this way.

Hey Guys, I have a question, I tried using Pixel 3 XL and it says it's not supported. But I know Pixel 3 xl (straight from Google not from Verizon) does work on Sprint. If I provide them with a Pixel 2 XL IMEI number and when the Sim arrives, I put it into the Pixel 3XL will they flag it? Thank you for your help.

It will not work on Sprint because there has to be a Sprint service built into the phone to ve able to complete provisioning and do PREL lookups etc. They will not whitelists phones except in a few cases where they the IMEI should have been included in the first place.

If you get an error, try checking it in Ting, then Tello, then https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/br...hop:030918

See if that adds it or what exact error you get.

I assume it is unlocked?

If you are not getting any errors, sure just call and sign up. You may want to check the Wiki re sim card needed etc.
