Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Just call the number ending in 8777 and sign up, if your phone is eligible. Best take the insurance to avoid a fight, then cancel it later by Chat.

The Wiki has more details (third post in this thread)..

You activate a particular phone on Sprint by its IMEI, not a sim (although you have to have the right sim too). See the sim chart linked to in the Wiki if you need to know which sim to use.

Best call right now tonight, assuming they are still open (I think they may be), so you can have a day if there are issues.

No unfortunately.

The morning should be fine as it will still give you the day and evening.

But worst case Mint will let the number stay inactive:

Essentially yes.

A few differences:

Kickstart does keep going at the same price automatically even after a year.

This plan gives you up to 5 lines free plus taxes.

Kickstart has some support in stores for those who want that.

This plan offers phone "upgrades" after 4 months.

So I tried to take advantage of this deal using the trick that one of the other users posted about making an account without a credit check. First off, the reps wouldn't really go through with it and I'd be stuck with an application number and account PIN. So I then spent ~3-4 hours total yesterday on the phone trying to get them to find my application again since the rep disconnected from me making me have to call in again. And they refused to allow the offer without the credit check (since I guess they caught onto it) and would only offer a $25-$30 plan. Tried multiple reps and was as nice as I could be. So I was pretty much done lol.

After all of that I just said forget it and stuck with Verizon ($140/mo yikes). It's a nice offer, but Sprint's limitations and the credit check just for that wasn't worth it to me.

Happy for all of you guys who got in on the offer though!
Alll the post paid providers require a credit check. It's a minor ding to your score, nominal.
Well worth it to me.
Plus every time I sign up I get the distinct advantage of speaking to my favorite Customer service reps... (crooked smiley face right here)

Nobody knows really. It's like the musical chairs game. I keep thinking they're going to end it but thankfully they have not

Haha. I am getting nervous as the day approaching. I am greedy and want to take full advantage of the free plan. I have 5 lines, so kind of taking chances on this wait game, hopefully they will extend as before , as the pros on this thread predicted. Keep fingers crossed.

Sorry in advance, can't search on app, but have a friend who needs to park a boost Mobile number for a few months (porting to Google is another option), would it be possible to port it to Sprint (I know it's the same network, but just wondering)? Thanks.
some companies will hold a number for a period of time, might want to ask Boost.

other than that Tello pay as you go is really inexpensive.
