Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Yeah I'm sure the free Sims are YMMV.

As far as the $50 credit, that's correct. My rep claimed she could give me a $50 statement credit if I didn't deny the insurance (at first I tried to deny it, but then she offered the credit). I thought for sure the credit wouldn't apply, but a few days later I got a text saying it did, even after I cancelled the insurance.

Wow! People are going to try for that for sure......

If you didn't port out before end of bill cycle, you owe $60 for full month, no proration.
If port out was complete by 2/23(2 weeks ago) and bill cycle ended on 2/22 or earlier you owe $60. If bill cycle ended on 2/23 or later you would owe $0.
Port out automatically cancels line. Did port complete? if not then line would not cancel. You can check online to see if your line is still active
The billing cycle is between 2/13 - 3/11. I ported out on the 2/23. The port out was completed on the same day.

Experian (and maybe Equifax in some cases - most people say Experian).

Makes sense then, that you owe $60+. You probably had free plan expiration of 1/31/19.
So on 2/13 statement(viewable about 2/17) new rate of $60+ took effect. The 2/13 statement charges(due about 21 days later) include charge for service for 2/13-3/11.
Since you ported out on 2/23 you owe for full month(2/13-3/11), no proration. You would have to have ported out by 2/12 to avoid new rate.

So I called the Sprint stores (I guess the corporate stores) ahead, asked them if I can come in to get the Free SIM because I'm planning to switch to them. I guess your YMMV, the 2 stores I called all said to come in and they'll give it for free.
I had a similar experience. I even told the rep I'm activating online. He said no problem. I'll still give you the sim for free. I took his name just in case.

Seems main compatibility list here is inaccurate. Tried to port 2 moto x4's in today and they are not eligible. They are unlocked and lte and they are on the list but after i gave the rep ien # they were both negative. So I had to go back to old phones.

Pretty frustrating since I bought the x4's for this purpose and now have zero use for them.

Please update wiki compatibility list for others

(Rewritten)

Are they XT1900-1? (Other models such as -2, -4 etc are foreign and not eligible)

Quite a few people here have activated them, so the list is not wrong as such..

But there have been issues alright.

We need to know what specific error message the Sprint rep (or your own checks) got/gets.

(1) If the error was "..You owe Sprint..." or "Already Active" or similar

In this case, if they are from Fi or an mvno will have to get Fi to flip the mvno flag to release them for use on Sprint postpaid.

(2) If the error was "Not compatible" or similar
These particular IMEI's may not be in the database. You will have to get the IMEIs added. This is a Lenovo responsibility (Lenovo gives Sprint the list of compatible IMEI's) but you can probably get a Sprint corporate store or Sprint Community to add it more easily than getting Moto/Lenovo to do so..

https://www.reddit.com/r/Sprint/c...e_edition/.

It does look like there have been issues though:
https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Moto...-p/4308420

Probably you can get them working as per the above if you want to go to the trouble..
If you do not like going to the store you might be able to get someone on reddit to add them if you post. Sprint Community Forum would probably do it too.

First please go through the items as per edog11's post and. also give background of where you got the phones and full model number. .

If you post those detailed results we can help more specifically.

Did you try them on sprint checker before calling? What was error? If they were previously on Fi or Sprint mvno you will need to have PLBL flag flipped.
In addition to comintel's suggestions. You could try entering imei on Ting byod checker as it can sometimes push into Sprint database.
Many people have used the X4 on sprint. Several SD threads on X4 recently including $49 at Best Buy by activating with Sprint.
