Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I will temporarily exist in denial and believe in unicorns and hope that the deal does not end for signups on 4/4 as my first year is ending 4/30. I plan to port out 4/1 and hope that this deal gets extended at least 1 more signup period as I do not have a family member who I can get to sign up. If not, it's been a great ride and I'm truly grateful for the 1 year of unlimited free service.
mine ends 4/30 too. Just curious why you are porting out 4/1 instead of later in the month ?

If you cannot find another person and are good at dealing with reps, I personally would port out now and call in 2 weeks and ask them to make an exception to the 45 days. I think your odds would be good. They can make exceptions, even under the normal rules, if it is has been at least 14 days, with a manager's approval, according to a Sprint staff member on Reddit..

There may be some more gambits too related to half-signing up and stalling. Odds are they will have an extended signup period for those whose who had at least ordered sim cards by the cut-off. This was done for KickStart.

No doubt. What you say is probably correct. However since the beginning any prudent guest here should know that what was posted on day one is still valid today. That is limited time offer can end anytime
I highly doubt they will allow addition of lines past the expiration date of this promo. i.e. 4/42019, if that is the date. Currently the only people who can add line to account are those reps at the special promotion number. No one other than them can do it. Which is what makes me highly skeptical that even they would NOT do it once the offer ends.

If someone has lines ready to port, I would do it now rather than wait till April.

Thanks. I ended up buying a digital sim from eBay. Just a warning to everyone, since the wiki still lists net10 sim card as an alternate.

Currently have 4 lines with this deal. Want to port one line over to another carrier. Will this affect my plan/deal at all?

Also, even if they do continue to allow lines to be added, they may transfer the responsibility to a U.S. based miscellaneous promotions department (it exists) which may take a stricter view and only allow port ins from postpaid Verizon and AT&T, which would be very awkward. After all, that is what the offer is supposed to be.

What are they doing for Kickstarter $15 plan that was discontinued earlier. Are they allowing new lines to be added on original $15 plan, if yes then I would assume they may do that for BYOD, if not then definitely they will not do it for BYOD.

there is very little risk at this point to port out NOW.

as wiki indicates.

Note 2: For new customers only. If u are a current customer (with any other Sprint plan) , you will be considered a new customer again ONLY AFTER closing your current account for 45 days (note: there are reports of some people getting back in before the 45 days. [it is not guaranteed. but u can try, simply call the above 866 number at say day 30. explain ur current carrier is not good signal and u want to come back, it may work or it may not but doesn't hurt to try]

so to summarize..folks that are close to end date or do not have another ss number to re sign up with..

port out now.
try to port back in ~2 weeks
cross your fingers

my understanding [from those that have the $15 KS (i dont sadly)] is that no new $15 KS plans..even for existing $15 KS members

me, personally, im trying (but failing) to see if anyone wants to do a TOL for a $15 KS

No you could not add lines after that plan closed.

HOWEVER you can argue this plan is different because you get pre-approval to add up to 5 lines at "any time".

But better safe than sorry. I am sure as heck adding an extra line or two now.

Any luck for people who have opted for B1G1 iPhone xR plan? Can we pay off one device fully, port out and then come back with a different SSN to extend to 2020?

I figure if I port out beginning of month, I have a better shot of signing up one last time if it somehow gets extended 1 last sign up period. I also didn't want to leave to chance paying a regular Sprint bill.

Thanks for this. I had thought about this after having read 2 posts here of people who have had luck getting back up before 45 days. I definitely am pretty good at brownnosing reps and I guess it really can't hurt to try. It's worth the half month I would have lost if I ported out 4/1. I will prob port out maybe tomorrow (need to have phone working tonight) and maybe try on 4/1 or so. Thanks again.
