You can call her office too at (913) 323-3931. It's fine to so so. If someone says they will call and do not, I always call them. Calls can get missed or mis-dialed etc.

(You can cancel your plan for full refund within 14 days under Sprint's 14 day satisfaction guarantee anyway in the worst case.)
Thanks for the number!

Interestingly Sprint & Tello claim that my IMEI is not compatible with their service whereas Ting says it is.

I picked up a SIM Card for my Xs last night from an Apple Store. The rep said the X and Xs have the same SIM. Now checking on the s4GRU page linked in wiki, I clearly got the wrong SIM.
8/X SIM SKU is SIMOLW416Q
Xs SIM SKU is SIMOLW516TQ

So just to confirm, the SIM i have now wont work on the Xs, correct?

Sorry can you please confirm?
I for the 416tq like I mentioned. But the link in the wiki says it's for the X. Will that work on the Xs also?

Your Xs needs 416TQ or 516TQ

Note the TQ at the end of both models, not just Q as you mentioned for the 8/X.

In my experience, Sprint used to be so excellent. After they started to cap their data, I am not so sure anymore Frown

I was finally able to get through. Thank you.

Thanks again to all who contributed to the Wiki.

I ported out a number from Sprint (on the free year deal) to T-mobile with a sim from Ebay last night and then back to Sprint this morning under new ssn.

After the initial problems getting through to number, the whole transaction took about 45 minutes. I did have to speak to the credit department because they had to remove two old accounts that were under the ssn.

Another free year!Applause

Other carrier Note 9's are currently ineligible but the Samsung update to add support for them was just released and Samsung just needs to update the Sprint database, so should be very soon.

Are you doing the activation on phone or online? I'm reading in some places that activation isn't charged online as well.
