Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Anyone please , how can I find from my account that I don't have extra added, such as device protection plan etc. ? Thanks.

Just ported back to Sprint using a new ssn. Thanks to what Comintel advised, the account number in indeed the one the agent gave me, not 1 plus phone number. To my surpise, this time the system just passed credit check without asking any verification questions. BTW, this ssn failed last time, due to some bogus questions. The agent even didn't ask to enroll protection plan? BTW, how can I find from my account that I don't have extra added? Thanks.
I'd just assume that you do. You can go to change services to see. Chat with a rep to get it removed quickly.

I have a "loophole" Boost Mobile G6 Play bought from Walmart last year. It has not been activated under any carrier (still in the box). I checked the eligibility with a borrowed number and it seems to be eligible.

I had a year under my SSN and switched to my wife's SSN ( 2 lines). I would like to establish an account back under my SSN now.

From my searches, I see that folks swapped in the G6 Play for use on an existing account. Can I use the G6 Play to start my new account? Or must I port out one of the existing lines and port back in to establish the new account under my SSN? My thought was to acticate it on T-Mobile and port it into Sprint under my new account.

Thanks!

It was not restricted to just swapping on. Some people just activated them. It was random luck in both cases so some people over-generalized.

So I would just try it the simplest way a couple of times first.

In other interesting news, after I did the port online and paid $3 I was not able to use the same SIM card to put the second number in. But after I used the phone on the second line and did not pay, my T-Mobile SIM still shows as active and possible to use again. Too bad I don't have a third line.

No it will not because those are prepaid-only phones.
I have one too.

Same thing for the Volts, LG Tribute HD's etc.(which I also have).

Obviously you can try with support.

Some have gone to a TMobile store with lots of ID and printouts etc. and proof of Sprint account bills under that number and sorted it out.

Some people did sort it out other ways too which I forget.

I have 2 lines. For the 2nd year, is it okay to just get 1 digital sims and port one at a time i.e. reuse the digital sim? or it's better to port to tmobile together with 2 different digital sims and then port back to sprint together?

I'd do one at a time and make sure that the port and new line work. Then do it again. You may or may not be able to reuse the digital sim.

Thanks!

Am I understanding correctly now doesn't matter if u port to tmobile online or over the phone, you have to pay $3 plan charge? or some people still can skip the $3 plan charge over the phone?
