Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

This is discussed nicely in the Wiki now - third post on this thread.
Followed the wiki and asked three international chat agents and no one agreed to add for 6month free. Just wanted to check if something got changed recently..

Keep trying. Probably try at different times. It took me multiple chats to find someone who will do it.

Thank you. Please let me know if you have added the feature recently. Just wanted to rule out if something got changed recently.

So assuming that the sign-up ends on 4/419, do you have to activate the service by 4/4/19 or can you sign up by 4/4/19 and complete the activation after few days?

Read my prior posts, I was the one who confirmed that it still could be added to BYOD and the key is to keep trying to chat.

I have done this 4 times already. Last time I added this to new line was last week. Like I mentioned key is to chat at different times in day. I usually keep chat window open, takes only few seconds to fill out form and re-start chat. If they say no I just re-fill form and re-start chat.

Sure.

Nothing has changed - the original posts stated that it can take 8 or 9 tries before you get a rep who will add it.

One way to look at that is that we are not really supposed to have it, but that if you try enough times, you can find someone who will add it.

We do not have any confirmation yet of anything, but I think the latter will be the case, since it was for KickStart every time that closed off for a while. But you cannot be sure of what the exact rules will be.

You are really going out of your way here to bash a free service. If you have a problem or hate the service or whatever, just port your lines back to VZW. You don't even have to pick up the phone and talk to a single person at Sprint to do it.

I get that the rep wasn't helpful, but I'm not sure it requires constant complaints about it. Many people here have offered other methods and suggestions if you actually want the service. If you just want to complain about it, staying on VZW is probably the best choice for you.
seems the poster loves to complain. if he/she ports back to VZW, what else will he/she complain about? will have a boring life, lol.

Has anyone else had issues with 2-step verification working properly after switching over to Sprint? Specifically the Nest app will not send the SMS. Currently chatting with Nest and they are stumped...

On the phone porting to t-mobile and the rep is insisting my new t-mobile account number is my phone number. I asked him to reach out to his manager and he too insist that is is the phone number.

edit
The manager also stated that I am on the legacy PAYGO and the account number is the 10 digit number or just prefix it with 1. He started being rude and I asked for his manager. He said he was the manager and that he already provided all the information I requested -- THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. Wow. didn't see that coming...

I guess I will see what happens when I try to port back to sprint (not feeling good about this Frown )

It is probably 1 + your number. Mine was yesterday.

I'm in the process of porting my Sprint number out to Tmobile. I've reached the account setup page, but so far there has been no option to keep my number and port it. Does that option come at checkout?
