Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Called Thursday night got a rep in Philippines (if u call in evenings you will get someone out of the country, daytime will depend on call volume). Said I wanted the deal and was porting two phones. You can tell they are going off a script because his second question was if I had numbers to Port. Just be patient, speak clearly and help them help you. He had to transfer me to a credit rep since I had previously had an account, I had gotten a year for free allready transferred out to mint for three months and was transfering back. Afterwards took my time giving him the emei and even reused my SIM cards from the deal again taking my time to give him the numbers and checking they where all right. After 40 minutes had the account active and port completed. One of the phones did have to do a prl update from the Android screen but other then that flawless. Be patient

Quote from Prizmm :
all three reps that I talked to had foreign accents. I'm not sure if it was related to the location of the csr.

They all followed the process correctly until to the very end. only difference was they didn't do the credit check on the second and third call. I think they are getting commission for the extras which is fine or need to hit a sales quota on the sprint complete sales. If they told me they had to add the Sprint complete, I wouldn't push back on that. But asking my opinion and not liking it was kind of weird. This hurts Sprint more than me though. I wasted some time but Sprint paid almost 2 hr worth of wage to get a free service activated. There is nothing to complain much for a free service.
Hmm... I guess then that the dropped calls are random. First two were dropped on me also. Happening a lot lately and will just have to deal with it.

Their script says if you use more than 100mb of roaming data, they will impose restriction or kick you off the plan or something like that.

Need clarification after reading entire Wiki carefully, please:

I'm on free Sprint for 6 months now, and I want to renew with family member SSN and port out and back in, using existing Sprint phone & SIM to extend my free service to April 2020.

Need clarification on which provider to port into and out of back into new Sprint account : Wiki states Tmobile digital non-physical SIM from eBay is now problematic. Wiki suggests Net10 BYOP $0.99 SIM from Walmart, but doesn't explain whether I have to pay for entire month's prepaid service to port to/activate with Net10 or what. Does BYOP SIM include small amount (a couple dollars) of service like some providers do? Because time is running out for April 4 Sprint deadline, can I just get a BYOO SIM immediately (without shipping time) from physical B&M Walmart store? In the alternative to Net10, what about all the other BYOP $0.99 SIMs Walmart offers, like Straight Talk, Simple, Walmart Family Plan, etc.?

Also, side question about new account (under family-member SSN) monthly auto-payment: Can I set up auto-payment on MY OWN credit card (card under my name, not theirs)?

Thanks!

I just got a sprint sim card from Apple Store, but when I called I was told that my free plan will be ending in 03/31/2020. Will it be any different if I sign up April 1st?

Joined this play yesterday night with one line, followed wiki and all set. Everything seems to good. The rep said my area (92602) is eligible for LTE speeds and coverage is excellent

But for internet I am getting speeds of 3Mbps download, are there any additional settings I need to do on my iPhone 6S plus

Had nightmare experience with T-mobile port-in with digital SIM. Out of frustration, I paid a visit to local Tmobile corporate store. the experience was smooth and quick. Here are steps 1) locate Tmobile corporate store 2) ask to port in pay as you go plan from sprint 3) SIM activation kit is $25. But, port-in to Tmobile gives $15 discount 3) Tmobile employee will activate and port-in Sprint number on the spot. It took less than 1 min to port my each line. Note, Tmobile can port-in 1 line a time. Make sure each line has its own unique email. 4) ask employee to write down TMB account. Tmobile also sent welcome email with account info.

In the end of day, it costed me $7 more per line tha. Digital sim. But, more reliable.
