Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Just chatted w/ Sprint online. They said the porting out process will be fully completed in 24 hours. My wife number and imei will be released from my account as well.
That is promising. I guess there was some glitch that will indeed be reconciled automatically by a batch process overnight..

Or maybe the system had doubts about the ports happening too close together and slowed down the second port-out for manual approval.

I signed up around this time of year last year, however it still says saving until 5/31/19 on the plan detail. Do I get another 2 months for free or my next bill would become normal pricing?
You get the extra time for free.

They use standardized end of savings dates that are always a month or two out in time. So people (almost) always get an extra month or two.

Not directly.

Boost numbers are Sprint numbers.

Port elsewhere as an intermediate step. Details are in the third post on this thread which is called the Wiki.

I read somewhere in this thread that if the lines are seldom used, Sprint will close them. What is the least usage acceptable so that Sprint will not close the lines? I still have my main numbers with another provider and won't be able to port over for another month. Thanks.

Are you guys still able to add on the 6 month free international calling plan to your line? The wiki says it's a hit or miss. Just want to confirm before I start waiting my time on this and pestering the chat support reps.

Hey guys, I have a device that I'm not using right now.

Here is my situation:
Account A, under wife name has:
Iphone 6s(paid off) my nr A
Iphone x (not paid) wife nr B

I have a paid off lg, and was thinking to sign up and then port old nr to this account, and then sign up my wife under my paid iphone(then later, switch phones from the iphone 6s to iphone x)

Keep the wife's account open so she keeps paying off her iphone, but have both our nrs transfered to new account(my account)

Possible or not ? And how to go about it?

So digital Tmobile SIM off eBay doesn't work anymore?

If so, only way is to buy $10 Tmobile SIM at corporate-owned Tmobile store?

You can add line later, problem is rumors said offer end in April, so not sure what happen after that, I think it will still allow you the add line to current plan.

I've been telling people who ask on my eBay listing, that it's a bad idea to use digital ICCIDs for porting in. T-Mobile's online activation with a port-in says the service doesn't start until you insert the SIM and turn on the phone [mediafire.com], which is impossible to do without the physical SIM.

T-Mobile's online activation does give you the account number after you pay the $3, but I've only ever done activation with a brand new number (which works fine for getting discounted Cricket/Boost phones).

Currently having similar bad experience with digital sim porting to Tmo and would appreciate some inputs. Online port didn't work, so called them and had it done through rep today morning. But now no idea about the account number in Tmo pay as you go since they are asking for validation text sent to number before giving me the account number. Can't get it since its digital sim. Anyone know if I can still go to store and transfer to a new sim and get an account number?
Quick update to the issue. Somehow one of the reps i called moved my account to older system where account number is phone number. Called Sprint once i heard this and tried giving phone number and pin and it worked to port back in. So luckily it turned out fine and didn't need to go to store. Thanks again for the inputs.
