Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

If Sprint were to officially confirm the 4/4 end date via other channels in the next day or two, I can barely imagine what this would/will be like!

The fact they have still not done so is a little puzzling. I suspect they must have soured on this offer in the end, and no longer think it is that great an idea any more.

it's as if, gulp, they do not really want people like us any more.

Maybe they have come to realize from the statistics that they are never going to be able to convert us to paying customers for high-priced plans, which was supposedly the original goal of this plan.
Or maybe they haven't officially announced anything yet because...They changed their mind and will entend the promotion indefinitely!!! Please

The Swac free promo ends on 4/4 and new paid plans are supposed to be announced on 4/5. Last time new paid plans were announced the free BYOD lost hotspot and HD streaming with no notice.. So maybe just playing it close to the vest but can always hope.

I ported some numbers using email received digital sim card numbers, and T-Mobile will not give me my account numbers because they can't send a text message to the phones. I'm stuck with my numbers all on T-Mobile currently. Any suggestions for me?

Too far away on the horizon to tell. Possibly:

1. SWAC if you can get an invite.
2. Kickstart $25
3. Red Pocket 10GB for ~$300/yr minus any ebay coupon.
4. Upgrade to 5G.
5. Become Amish and eschew all technology.
I guess you have to port out/in to get the kickstart plan?

If your phone lost service then the port went through. Try calling and using 1+ phone number as the account number. Many others have reported success doing this.

Thanks, we'll try. We are redoing the same thing we did a year ago for it, so thought the T-Mobile account number might have to be different.

For anyone who setup a t-mobile pay-as-you-go to port out, were you able to immediately call sprint and setup a line? Or do you have to wait at all?

Called tmobile and was told you have to wait 24+ hours to access the web account to check account details, but I did confirm the phone number is valid and ready to use...

TIA
I'm still waiting... In the same boat as you... I checked on Sprint checker with IMEI and it isn't showing it works...

Are you still waiting?

Porting works but i was told that you can't use GV on sprint and for me it's a major show stopper as i use GV for international call. Wonder if someone has figured out a work around that or was i misinformed?
I can say with certainty that GV does in fact work just fine on Sprint. I've been using GV as my primary number that I give everyone. That way no matter what phone I'm on or which cellular provider I use I still get and send calls and texts with the same GV number. I never ported it anywhere, I just use the GV app and Hangouts Dialer and it just works. Of course as with most things YMMV.

Same thing happened to me creating a T-Mobile account with digital sim; can get text verification. What is the PIN number to use for T-Mobile if I was to port it back into sprint?

You should have created one on the call.

Normally kickstart required just a new line (not a new SSN) so you could add it to a Free plan (or any plan). I did that at one point. Then you could drop the free plan if you wanted.

Recently they changed the wording to say new customer was required but did not actually enforce that so far I believe.

Also as long as kickstart is running, Retentions would give you an offer at the same $25 price or allow a conversion to kickstart.
