Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Will I be able to port a ting number into BYOD plan? Also, where can I quickly but a SIM for iPhone XS if I am not a sprint customer?
Ting Sprint side no.
Ting GSM side yes normally.

Sim is free at most Apple stores and you have to call the number ending in 8777 in Wiki to be allowed to use your own sim.

Accept the insurance and cancel it by Chat afterward out of expediency.

Is the T-mobile digital sim trick still works?
Is the deal ends on 4/4 23:59PM or 3/4 23:59PM?

What phone number did you call? It should show on your phone under called numbers if you are not sure.
People have always been told that if they call the wrong number.

Well we can't shut down the whole thread and assume everything is a joke just because it is April Fool's Day. I never did like the damn concept <g>.

Tried PM'ing you twice but for some reason it's not showing up in my "sent" PMs. Sorry if you received dupes.

Putting this off long enough; It's a go for all F-1 students without SSN but have credit. I just came back from a sprint cooperate store to go through manual credit verification; which there they call credit dept to match my profile. Was a pain in the @ss, they said that there are 20 people with my name and social that came up with the same DOB, and I have to accept that I may fail the test due to profile mismatch and they ask me the question about other people's. I don't recognize 2 out of 3 questions, but one about address match my location so I pass the test. 5 lines and $900 store lines approved, 0%apr for 12 months. Gonna call 8777 to have the deal attached then return for the sim card now.

Wow congratulations for showing it's possible to qualify against long odds including no SSN! That's a great example for people who sometimes give up too easily!

I'm still waiting... In the same boat as you... I checked on Sprint checker with IMEI and it isn't showing it works...

Are you still waiting?
Small misunderstanding I think--I wasn't having a problem with sprints imei/iccid check. My device and card both passed before I did anything else. I was asking if I had to wait any period of time for my t-mobile account to activate before attempting to port over to sprint.

Turns out there was hardly any wait. While my t-mobile online account is STILL inaccessible, we were able to call in and complete the port to sprint within 3-4 hours after setting up a t-mobile pay-go account. The porting completed within a few hours and the sprint account was working almost immediately.

Please try the IMEI in the eligibility checkers and post back exactly what they say.

Most likely it will be possible to resolve the issue..

If your imei checks out good with Sprint then yes
I did all of the obligatory checks first--I was more concerned with waiting on the activation period for a t-mobile account and time to port. It turns out that we could successfully port out within only a few hours of setting up a t-mobile account/number (notification said activation could take up to 2 hours). Everything was smooth sailing, aside from sprint customer support being disconnected 3-4 times.

Repped you for responding and attempting to help.

That'd be a problem without a physical SIM. It's too bad T-Mobile doesn't let you turn off their multi-factor security.
This is why you make sure to set up an account pin before getting off the phone with t mobile
