Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Anybody having trouble to connect with the support team on 866-782-8777? I keep getting Sprint advt for a long time before connecting to a local US team... I got the SIM cards shipped by calling that number before and need to activate the lines... cannot reach the team to port my service!

How do you add a line and get the same plan? When I click Add a Line I see a different offer.

Thanks.

Read wiki Chairbash Adding lines ALWAYS requires going through the 8777 number.

So I signed up online with 3 numbers and ordered 3 sim cards to be delivered to my mom's address. I am using her SSN.

I don't want to deal with phone customer service. The sim card is only $3. I wonder if I can use my own sim card to activate from this page without waiting for the sim card? I won't be able to go to her place till the weekend.

I am farking tired of stupid Sprint with the broken English customer service. Failed 2 of the security question because I don't understand wtf she's talking about.
Ha! I almost had the same issue— on one question they added an "a" to the end of a relative's name who went by her middle name, so it threw me off. And my guy was actually pretty good compared to some accents, so I could easily see myself failing. I actually thought I did but it turned out I had a freeze on my experian that I forgot about.

I did the same thing. You should have no problem as long as the sims are compatible with your phones.

Thanks. That would be much easier than spending couple hours on the phone with Sprint.

try to isolate the problem.
check a number u know is not on S (like a friends V, ATT or TM #) with ur phone imei

do the opposite

use this imei 089924634300459319 (from ebay seller that i know is clean) with your phone number

report back the results

again..u r just checking, not signing up for anything at this point
My phone is not the issue. It seems to be the phone number.

Tmobile is saying that the port is going through but I am unable to login to the website

https://account.t-mobile.com/signin/

I started this 2 days ago and am hoping to not run out of time

Ported over from red pocket yesterday. Had to chat with RP to get my account number since apparently it wasn't my phone number. Took about 8 hrs for the port to go through.
RP ? I guess RingPlus was dead for years, you chatted with the ghost would not help

It may have something to do with the fact that the deal is expiring after 2 full years and latecomers are jamming the phone lines. Just a freaking guess
We'll hear all about it for the next 2 weeks I'm sure
Then we'll read about threatening class action because they couldn't get through .

Anyone else having issue porting sprint to tmobile prepaid. I initiated process yesterday (almost 24 hr ago). I called sprint and they confirm they approved it on there end. The port number is still active under sprint online dashboard. I called tmobile and was told to wait up to 24hr. My experience a year ago, the port process take 10-60mins. Is there a tmobile transfer/port dept I can follow up?

Thanks for your reply. Can someone confirm whether the Boost SIM kit will contain SIM for iPhone XS and what is the part #? Thanks!.
Well the Boost Mobile SIM Card kit comes with 3 Sim cards so I would think yes? Try Apple store for a free Sim card too.
