Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I'm thinking of going this route. How do you get the activation fee refunded? If this done automatically?
It is automatic and you can also chat to confirm it is happening.

It is stated right on the Sprint promo page.

That said, one or two people had trouble getting it. Most had no problem.

Too far away on the horizon to tell. Possibly:

1. SWAC if you can get an invite.
2. Kickstart $25
3. Red Pocket 10GB for ~$300/yr minus any ebay coupon.
4. Upgrade to 5G.
5. Become Amish and eschew all technology.
Hopefully there will be options then.

By the way I am in Samsung Insights program also and you cannot transfer invitations.unless something has changed.
I know I emailed them as stated. So they can pass on the slot to someone else. But I was emailed by them, that I have 2 email invitations I can pass on for just two people. Both people I invited passed.
I did say keep me in mind for the Note 10 but I couldn't justify a S10 Plus when I already have a Note 9 and Galaxy Watch.

I also missed their invitation cut off by a week since it went to my junk mail folder. And I emailed them and they still got me in. Clearly someone is reading the emails.

Oh really!
Interesting to know that they have some flexibility then.....

Why did they charge you $23+tax for port?
$3 for Pay as you go plan + $10 for sim card + $10 for additional minutes (looks like he cheated by saying the additional $10 is required). Ohh well... And taxes

This is why you make sure to set up an account pin before getting off the phone with t mobile
My experience with creating a $3 PayGo account for a burner account to port to Boost (for the "$25" iPhone 6S) is that you set the PIN during the online account creation process. I've had no problems porting those out. It seems like if T-Mobile allows porting in after-the-fact, this method could possibly go smoother than trying to port in while activating.

I have no way of testing this, since I don't have any non-T-Mobile numbers to port in, and Sprint is too frightened by my credit report, so this deal would never work for me. laugh out loud I'm mostly just wanting to have the most up-to-date info in my eBay listing so I'm not leading buyers down the wrong path.

I honestly had no idea people were using T-Mobile ICCIDs for extending their free service at Sprint. I thought it was all about the discounted iPhones. Cool

AT&T pay as you go is good option.
A little-known trick is that the "blue" SIM in the $0.99 TracFone kits [target.com] will activate just fine on AT&T Pay-as-you-go.

https://www.att.com/prepaid/activ...ivate.html

I think the minimum you can load is $5, so this is slightly more expensive than the T-Mobile route. Also, AT&T requires dealing with their representatives to obtain your account number. It's not really painful (they don't give you the hard sell or anything), but you'll be on hold for awhile. They also will only give you one account number per call, so if you're trying to port multiple lines, be prepared for a lot of waiting on hold.

Well, if you bother to read today's posts, you might develop a plan of action. If you want my opinion, I say go for it. You just have to ask yourself one question. Do I feel lucky?

Get a couple T-Mobile sim from Apple store. Use T-Mobile website to port to T-Mobile, cost is 3$ +tax per line, then port back to sprint

How much time does it take for iPhone 6S to activate? Its been 20 minutes and still hasn't activated. Online account shows the port was successful and the line shows up in the account. But no service yet
