Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Yes, even if you used it for BYOD before. They might have to contact their credit people to remove the SSN from the old account, but it is very doable!
Thanks, but want to make sure as I'm running out of time to get it to third.

But I already used it during my first BYOD!

And If I could, can I used my own email I used in the first year or should I make a new one?

Am I too late to get this for the third time?
I already understood that. It is NOT A PROBLEM.

I have used my own unchanged SSN 3 times over for 3 years of this offer! (I did not have the luxury of alternating SSN's and did not need it either).

Do not try to do it online as a little manual processing is involved because of the prior account. They do this 100 times every day!. All it means is your phone call lasts a little longer.

Use the same email (might as well) but a different login account name (this is required) on the web.

You are not too late. Best get one single line underway first to bear the overhead of setting up the new account.

Take the insurance if they press it and cancel it by Chat later in the day. That makes it Win-Win for the rep and for you and everybody is happy!.

Thank you very much, will do it tomorrow! I will reread wiki to refresh on what I did on my second reactivation.
I remember I did encounter some slight problem, stupid me port out all 2 phones using T-Mobile virtual sim card and did not realized that I could not call back to port back in to Sprint Smilie

Knock on neighbors door and borrow her phone, lucky me, now got a friend because of my stupidity!

Does it matter which phone I would use to port out to T-Mobile?

Thanks.
If I got the port out / port in to Sprint on the first phone, can I just add the second phone online?

Hi, anyone has issue to port in from Google Voice Number to Sprint (I read and follow wiki/comments that already unlocked the Google Voice Number (already paid $3 this morning); but when i use the sprint eligible site to check, it returns "Ineligible, the phone or port in number does not qualify for this offer".
The phone I used to check is a Samsung Note 8 unlocked, I knew this phone work because i also used a TMO number to check and it stated eligible (Note 8 with TMO number ok); but I dont want to use my TMO number to port in to Sprint for this BYOD.

Can anyone has same issues (GV number is (585) xxx-xxxx)? If so, any solution/advise?

Also, initially i planned to use an Iphone 6 for this Sprint BYOD, so went to Apple store to pick up a Sprint sim (SIMGLW436C, 760492031912); but if I use Samsung Note 8, this sim is not work, right? Anyone know which Iphone Sprint Sim is compatible for Samsung Note 8?

Rep for any reply/help!

Thanks again!

Re-upped two lines for another free year today. When chatting with the rep, I said to him they must be really busy with the promo coming to an end in a few days (as I had been on hold to get to an agent for a while). He said they were busy, but according to him, the promo will be extended to May 30th. Take that for what it's worth.
I like your rep. Even if he/she is wrong! LOL! Here's hoping!

I did 6 over the last 48 hours using digital sim. For all of them, it was 1+phone number for the account number. They should set up a pin while doing porting to T-Mobile (make sure you do).
Did u pay $3 for each line to T-Mobile?

Hi, I tried yesterday and ported my sprint free lines to TMobile successfully but when I called back to port over to Sprint again, I used my wife's SSN but failed the credit verification.... probably I misheard one of the security questions or their options... they said I can try again after 60 days... then I called the credit dept directly as suggested in the wiki... but the rep said she could not get the auth from her supervisor to run a second set of questions... what are my options now ? Can I use my own SSN again which was with sprint till yesterday ? Thanks for your help !!

Is the Tmobile digital sim card still re-usable? I ported one line from Sprint to Tmobile, and ported it back to Sprint. But when I start to do the same thing for my second line, the sim card number is not applicable any more. Keep showing the card can't be used. Any suggestion? Thanks.

yeah, i don't see any untoward problems porting out my 2 lines on H20, will see...
My problem was the port. H2O kept telling sprint wrong info which was total BS. Account and pin were correct all along. Girl at H2O finally got their port guy on the phone. It was like pulling teeth. The 2 port agents finally got it done. Let me know if you have trouble.

Did you attempt the quiz on your wife's background? That is not really a good idea as I guess is easy to see now..

You can try your own SSN. It is very rare that they would approve after one day but it has happened. If you have many lines and high end phones, they might do it.

Otherwise email [email protected] and ask for her help. Senior VP, Customer Management. She may help your wife get a new quiz as she has for many. If they do give another quiz, I would make sure your wife takes it.

You can check the number alone here:

https://www.sprint.com/en/my-spri...check.html

If it cannot be used, you can get a number for port on EBay to use instead for under $10.

It is best to check the correct sim in the chart linked to in the Wiki (the third post in this thread).
