Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I like your rep. Even if he/she is wrong! LOL! Here's hoping!
DO THIS NOW, DON'T WAIT FOR SPRINT TO EXTEND THE OFFER! However, my phone rep with Sprint said the same thing. When I said "Let's get this done before this offer expires on 4/4" she laughed and said that was not the date the offer will end. I asked when it was really going to end and she was non-committal and said probably in a few months.

ROFL

I told you we had Pixel 3's. Did you assume we were looking to throw them away when you read that?....
.
You added that in a later reply.

As to Pixel's, they do not work fully on AT&T either.

I know right. If only we could go back to before cell phones were invented when nobody ever had car accidents.

Stupid people believe stupid things far too easily. it's the same stupid people that would be distracted by changing the radio station or breathing and blame it on that rather than their own inability to focus and process thought well enough to operate a motor vehicle safely.

I did not pay T-Mobile anything. My only purchase was $3.50 per line for a digital SIM.

Let's be real, you're just talking about using an available WiFi signal so this is still a far cry from voice/data at the same time. Despite Sprint's best marketing efforts their voice/data solution is a terrible band-aid fix for what ends up being a real problem in practice.
with this free plan and low priced used LG phones it's very easy to have voice and data at the same time using two lines and two phones.

and in my area, Knoxville, TN, I have Volte with my Moto Z2 Force and have simultaneous voice and data.

I don't think anyone questions Verizon is the coverage leader, that doesn't make everyone who doesn't need or care about it "dumb".

do you think the "stupid people" know they are "stupid" ? Or might they be so arrogant they don't know it ?

That's great. I don't live in Knoxville but we're driving there this summer so if I was to go to Sprint I would rest easy at night knowing that my phone would work pretty well once we arrived but basically not at all the remaining 99% of the trip.

Why in the name of Zeus's butthole would I trade top tier phones we've owned since new for used 3rd tier phones just to trade top tier coverage for Sprint which isn't even mid-tier service just because it's free?

I mean if all that matters is money I'd sell the Pixel phones, cancel all of our service and just pretend that I have the next worst provider than Sprint that doesn't work anywhere and count up the savings! lulz

I didn't call Sprint users dumb (you're putting words in my mouth) but your "selling" points might make me change that tune.

Did you attempt the quiz on your wife's background? That is not really a good idea as I guess is easy to see now..

You can try your own SSN. It is very rare that they would approve after one day but it has happened. If you have many lines and high end phones, they might do it.

Otherwise email [email protected] and ask for her help. Senior VP, Customer Management. She may help your wife get a new quiz as she has for many. If they do give another quiz, I would make sure your wife takes it.
I had similar issue with my family member, I got 2nd set of questions, questions were again terrible, especially since you always have option of "none of the above", meaning that you always have an out to some ambiguous answers that that might or might not be correct. And to axe you based on only 4 questions!? I literally could have signed my relative up for 5 credit cards with $20,000 lines each FAR , FAR more easily than Sprint "free" cell phone service, with an exposure of , what , maybe $500 max...

BOTTOM LINE, Sprint is supreme shyte in the first order, and consistently has held that grande honour for well over two decades, speaking from very vivid, personal experience. I sincerely hope they crash and burn when TMO merger falls straight through, and especially upper execs are left living in cardboard boxes. One can always dream...

The recent poster from Colorado summed it up nicely; some things are just worth paying to stay away from, and Spint is THE de facto poster child for that sentiment.

I sent my email to Marci, let's see what happens...

you said this..

"...and desperately searching for anybody dumb enough to buy them."

My post presented a way to have affordable voice and data using this free plan. It wasn't intended as a recommendation for you and your phones, specifically.

Hopefully you will get help from her. I think so.

By the way the USPS and mortgage companies use the same identity verification service. I agree it is garbage though. I was failed by USPS and they told me there was NO APPEAL and no way to correct errors in their test!.

I am getting better at passing the test. I find that "None of the Above" is rarely the correct answer.

No, stupid people are definitely stupid regardless of self awareness. It's easier for their delicate sense of self to blame an inanimate object when it was their stupidity that mowed down the innocent family. I guess it helps them sleep at night to blame the evil cell phone rather than question their own intelligence & ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe manner.

Not really sure this has ANYTHING to do with a deal on Sprint service so I'm pretty sure you just wanted to virtue signal. Next you'll climb up on your soap box to tell us how teachers need to be paid more and how we need to make more effort to save the wales and curtail our use of plastics. We all already acknowledged & agreed how amazing of an individual you are so please move along.

Where were we again? Oh yeah, this is a good deal for those who don't mind Sprint's short comings, have devices that work and don't travel outside of areas where coverage is decent. The rest of us are probably better off getting better deals where we are based on the potential loss of us as customers to other providers with deals like this.

if you claim to be your relative that's potentially a serious crime.

Anyone else getting a "We are unable to process your request at this time" error after verifying IMEI and phone number to port?
