Same. Activate/port out with physical SIM via T-mobile website. Still no response after 12 hours.

I would call their port department and check. Based on my experience this week with slow ports, it is likely there was a problem with the port (e.g. somehow the account number they typed is incorrect). For me, 4 out of 6 ports had the wrong Sprint account number, 3 were my fault giving the wrong number and 1 was a typo on their end. After the account number was corrected for each, they each ported within 15~30 minutes.
T-Mobile port department: 877-789-3106

Edit to add: I did mine via phone call. I don't know if online T-Mobile prepaid port takes longer. Since the promo ends though you should probably do the call anyway to confirm. They should be able to see the response from Sprint confirming that yes the info was good, and if so it might be a waiting game is all.

I used a digital SIM for my two lines and it was a matter of minutes. I would call as they may have screwed up some account information.

I said "if". If you read your post you said "you" got the questions, not your relative.

And, if someone tells you something could be a crime it doesn't mean they are saying you shouldn't do it. Or that you did it.

It's giving you information.
Murder is also a crime. Just giving you information.

Two weeks ago using a digital sim number and t-mobile web page, the port took maybe 15 minutes.

Today using same process, after approx four hours no sign of the port having occurred. No email showing I initiated a port. All I have is the account number given to me when I initiated the port. But neither the account number, phone number or email address allow me to login to t-mobile site and see anything.

So basically my port to t-mobile appears in some kind of limbo.

I ported 3 lines at TMB corporate store. Port-in successfully less than 1 min for each line.

with this free plan and low priced used LG phones it's very easy to have voice and data at the same time using two lines and two phones.

and in my area, Knoxville, TN, I have Volte with my Moto Z2 Force and have simultaneous voice and data.

I don't think anyone questions Verizon is the coverage leader, that doesn't make everyone who doesn't need or care about it "dumb".
Hopefully widespread voLTE soon. Does your Z2 show
HD voice or voLTE popup in taskbar when active? Or just LTE?

Turns out the SIM card I am using is not compatible with my Lg G7. I have used the same sim as my previous sprint service for Google Nexus 6. Sprint this so stupid to still have this system of different SIM cards for different devices but keeping that aside what I want to know is if I order a sim online does it ask for the IMEI number before taking the order for a sim? I was on the page for ordering a sim kit from sprint but didn't see anywhere to put in the IMEI so are those special types of SIM which are universally compatible or did I miss the page where one would enter the IMEI
It's weird but looks like sprint G7(LMG710PM) uses 406TQ and unlocked G7(G710ULM) uses 416Q.

Look it up. Learn it so you can stop doing it. It's annoying to anyone with at least a room temperature IQ who can see through the BS.
Seems we have taken a sour turn in my beloved BYOD thread.
If Sprint does not suit you just move on. No need to publish a Novella to explain it all to us dimwitted Sprintsters.
(I really liked the Corporate intrigue Chapter in Colorado though).

I found a way on S8 to try VoLTE before it is fully enabled in an area.'

Dial a call using Wifi Calling, then drop Wifi. The call will continue in VoLTE.

At least here in Raleigh on S8.

It might or might not work for you,
