Many people do it but quite a few people on reddit say it is insurance fraud.
When you sign the paperwork for a repair, it asks for date damage occurred. You have to decide whether you will be prepared to lie there.
Exactly right. Fraud, and one reason all our Insurance both Commercial and Personal is sky high. Yuck

I am wondering that too. If it is a recording, they may just be getting it ready for tonight.
The time in the Philippines is now past midnight but hopefully they will go by U.S. hours. Maybe some rep used their own personal interpretation of what time zone applies?

Depending on your phone model, they do offer WiFi calling. I've used it on both my older and newer iPhones. With WiFi calls, it sounds great and has crisp clear voice!
You can enable from your handset and/or Services from your MySprint dashboard.
Yes works great for me too.
Moto phones still a no-go though. Exceptions are the Sprint specific versions (Z2 force). No experience with the Sprint Z3 play, probably works though

Ok just tried to port and existing Sprint to Tmo digital SIM and it worked instantly! I got the confirmation email one minute later. Google Fi porting seems to be the issue. How do I finish the process? Go in store? Tmo facebook chat? Please advise!

According to a telesales rep?

Did you ask them whether it should not go by U.S. time and escalate to a supervisor?

The web site looks unchanged superficially at least.

It is the same standard for all lines.

But the real standard is full Sprint compatibility, not just a list. The list is just an indication and does not include all Sprint devices (since all are compatible by definition - apart from prepaid devices and some other exceptions).

If you're waiting on a number to port in/out, you can probably just make a sprint one year free account with a random phone number from T-Mobile and just add your main lines later. The tmobile site will let you create a new number with the pay as you go bring your own device $3/mo online sign up.

Question for experienced slickdealers:
For people trying to get a second free year, is it really necessary to port out every number then back in? Or can you put one number through Tmobile and back, then move the remaining numbers without leaving sprint? I've read the wiki up and down and don't see an answer. Guess porting out and back in is the safest thing to do but it's effort...
