Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Great to hear!
Saved the hassle to port out and back...and saved the $30 fee.
But $35 + fee and tax...will see what the 1st new statement total is and will keep an eye on SD for any other deal.
But the method I used should be in the wiki. Since most people will be looking for a way out before the new plan quick in.

I just did it too two weeks ago without paying anything. Just select the lowest cost plan but leave the space empty where it asks for prepayment details.

I guess they may have just changed it, but if not tried you could try a different browser and also experiment with avoiding putting your cursor in the pin field etc.

I do not know then unfortunately.

It could conceivably depend on how/where the sim was bought or probably more likely they just changed the web processing I guess.

I remember distinctly I just omitted the field and did nothing other than that. I was wondering if it was going to come back with an error but it just went through.

It seems sprint is still not charging me the full amount even though my free plan was set to expire on Nov 30. When I go to change my plan, it still show $0.00 plan as my current plan (with a note Savings until 11/30/19Wink.

My recent bill from 11/25 - 12/25 was also based on the free plan.

Anyone else in the same boat? Should I port over the lines now or wait till they start charging?

I chatted with Sprint 3 times in the last 60 days regarding the last date of my free plan. and for some reason the reps all told me keep an eye out as Sprint might extend the free plan. I was very skeptical until you post this. I hope it's true. will find out next month. also can you please update us on your 1.25 bill? thanks!

The period from 11/25 - 12/25 started during your free period and so is free because Sprint does not prorate, according to my understanding, such as it is, of what edog11 has posted. (I hope he will clarify/correct as necessary.)

You will be billed for your period 12-25 to 1-25. Billing is always in arrears. Your only hope is probably to cancel immediately and try to claim the 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee since it is (barely) less than 30 days since the first billable period began, although if they count it from 11/30 it would be too late for the satisfaction guarantee at least..

If you let it go past 1/24, you may be billed for the entire next billing period as well, for a total of two full months.

All of this is in my opinion.

Retentions is 1-844-382-3317 if you want more authoritative word and/or to try to claim the 30-day satisfaction guarantee while there may still be time.

Correction - Please see edog11's post as he understands this better than I do. https://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=134470898&postcount=42589 and he corrects errors in what I posted.
I would still suggest that you port out immediately unless Retentions tells you otherwise when you call them and ask for a refund for any charges as I mentioned above..

I believe Comintel is correct. You are already on the hook for $60/mo.

Act now!
