Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

If I buy $1 H20 Sim, port out to H2O, and select Pay-As-you-Go plan.
How long can I keep my number with them if I don't used it to text or make phone calls.
u have to fund the account.

is that slowdown based on individual line? asi in 15 gb per line?

or all lines slowed when group total is 15?
As far as I can tell, each line has its own data allotment.

Someone on reddit claims the free plan is showing no end date for them but it could easily be a mistake or error abd I would not assume it is correct unless there is confirmation.

Info based from a chat rep. I highly doubt the rep knew what they're talking about. There is a new sheriff in town so I would highly think all these very nice perks will be gone soon.

Yes I agree the chat reps are totally unreliable and usually wrong. In fact, I always totally ignore anything a chat rep says and did so automatically in this case

But the poster is who I was paying some attention to, not the chat rep. The poster says their account still shows as free with no end date.

Most probably they just do not know how to read their own account though.

Anyway I only posted the link just in case it develops further. Actually I posted back now there and asked the poster to call Retentions to get the full story on their account.

I really need expert help, please. I'm dying to take advantage of the $100 for 4 lines promo with 4 free iPhone 11 for new customers. I'm not sure what the easiest, fastest, cheapest way to port out and back in is these days. I don't believe t-mobile pay as you go works anymore? Any suggestions? Possible hiccups? I feel like I've already done it once, this time shouldn't be much harder but I'm overseas and have to have family State side take care of it for me. Any help would be very much appreciated

If you have no lines in your account, it is cancelled. Sprint probably started sending you "Come Back" emails every few days.

Some people called Sprint after porting out all their numbers, just to make sure their account is closed. I personally never did, never had any unexpected surprises later on. Just log into your account from time to time and check what's going on there. I can still access my two closed accounts, one from 1/31, another one 5/31.
I did get an email from sprint saying there was a transaction and logging into my account shows no devices so think I'm good.m, thanks. Will stick with the $15 T-Mobile plan for a bit.

I just talked to the CS and said it will not expire. Then I asked him where will I find that info in the account, he navigated to the plans and it shows the plans ends on 06/30/2020. He confirmed this as well after talking with a Supervisor. He is trying to find any plans for healthcare workers for me. Also, he is transferring me to the retention dept. ( 1-800-639-6111)

I am typing this as I am talking to the CS located in Toronto, CA. Attached you will find my account expiration details.

The Retention CS extended the 3rd line for free until 04/30/2021. But will have to pay for the other 3 and monthly payment will be $120. So all 4 lines = $120.

I see
https://www.imore.com/get-your-ha...old-device
and on 9to5toys

Unless you use a different SSN, you would not be eligible for new customer only offers for 45 days after leaving Sprint.
