Yup i just ended up doing that after logging in.

Thanks!
Also, keep in mind that Verizon has additional discounts if one qualifies for them like teachers, military, nurses, First responders, etc.
The registered primary account holder is the only one who qualifies:

Just a reminder to make any unlock requests BEFORE porting out. Even if you believe your handset should be unlocked. Check it anyway. Sprint has a naughty habit of sometimes locking phones spuriously. I tried their account services number 1-888-211-4727 and still got dumped into a general pool. Maybe because it's the weekend? I eventually got to the right department.

I had no trouble unlocking my mom's G6 Play which had been re-sku'd as a G2 Open market. My rep didn't provide me with correct update information, but fortunately I already knew the procedure. You need to update your PRL first. THEN do the UICC unlock.

They said I owe money on one of my phones which is not true. She traced it back and confirmed that it should be paid off. She opened a ticket to have it looked into. That should take 48-72 hours. Therefore, do NOT wait 'til the last possible day to make your unlock request!
Excellent and essential reminder and tips!

Just fyi, the number you mention is indeed a general pool number aka "Customer Care."

Sprint tells employees not to give out the real number to Account Services to customers generally. They prefer to give you a general Customer Care number to screen calls up front as you experienced). But the actual direct number is passed around among those in the know and is 844-382-3317 .

HunterOneIt was done but it was a bit messy, but $690 is in BFRGL 6x$115 available for the end of July.
I got duplicate sims for all phones so it looks like these orders somehow went thru twice with Verizon but not with BFRGL.

As long as you go thru BFRGL for the 6th line and you log-in with your Verizon account the $115 should be reflected in your account.
The Verizon promo is to BYOD and port a #. Having a Verizon account should not matter.
That's as much as I know guys, hope this helps!
When I sign in, it only lets me add a line which will not get $300 (or BFRGL $115). How did you add to a plan with a Verizon account? thanks!

It should work for every device you bring in and every line port you do.

Could you explain how you added the sixth line? When I try it only lets me "add a line" (which doesn't have $300 offer)

Thanks!

When you click thru BFRGL to Verizon it'll take you to the generic Verizon page, then
hover the mouse over DEALS, then in the drop down go to Online Exclusive Deals and click it.
Then near the top right click on Plan Deals, then go down the page and click on the Get More Unlimited arrow, then in the next page you'll see all the plans and where you can choose the # of lines, then in the browser bar on top replace the: plans/unlimited/ with bring-your-own-device/ (it should look like this: https://www.verizon.com/bring-your-own-device/ ) and press enter in your keyboard. Now you'll be at the $300 rebate page and you go on from there. There are 2 options: I am with Verizon OR Switch Now.
Click on I am with Verizon and you'll be asked to log-in to the existing account with the 5 lines, and then just go thru the process to BYOD and PORT a line, and you should get your $300 rebate email and you should qualify for the BFRGL $115 cash back.

IF the I am with Verizon option does not work try the Switch Now option. These are the ONLY 2 ways to get the $300 rebate.
After you finish with ordering the 6th line (or more) you should check your email and log-in to the Verizon account to check that all was done properly. You probably should call Verizon CS to make sure that ALL your lines have the LOWEST billing rate of $30 or $40 for the more expensive plans, and he/she should combine all lines into one account.
The $115 BFRGL cash back should appear in your account in a day or two. IF it does not appear by the 2nd day file a support ticket.

Hopefully you'll succeed!

Read the additional comments in my above post.
I don't remember if the rebate shows in the cart BUT it should be stated in the order email that you'll get after you submit your order like this:

Special promotion:
This device is eligible for a $300 BYOD Rebate - Online & Telesales Only
Redeem here: [vzw.com/digitalrebatecenter]vzw.com/digitalrebatecenter
Promo code: BYODATHOME300
Must submit by: 07/22/2020

If there is a problem with any of this call Verizon CS, complain, and they should fix all that.
I was transferred to the rebate dept. to fix a problem with the $300 rebate and was assured that it'll be taken care of.

Keep in mind that there will be glitches, for instance, 2 of my lines were somehow somewhere else by themselves but CS was able to find them and attach them to the account.
You may have similar issues but if you do call CS and it should be resolved, ESPECIALLY within the first few days when you are within the 14 day no-penalty account cancellation window, so try to correct any issues ASAP.

Lol paniiiiccccc.... Most people port to H2O to let their placeholder numbers die. H2O makes it hard to let people port out. But if you really use that number and show usage etc... I guess you'll be ok if you don't have any other choice.
Wait, why panic? Has it changed to a hard deadline of June 30? I thought I had until the end of the billing cycle, which for me is July 13, with my payment due on July 7. I have everything ready for my next plan and can port today if I need to, but was planning to stay on Sprint until 2 days before the billing cycle ends.

Many people are porting out by month end to be extra-cautious to cover the hopefully unlikely eventuality that Sprint might interpret the extension end date that they gave as a hard stop.

However, Sprint has confirmed to at least some people that they do have until the end of their billing cycle:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Sprint/c...dium=web2x
so I think that is highly likely.

Thanks. The $300 is showing my card after I add that I am porting my number. How do I know if I will get $115 BFRGL as this seems to be adding a line which gets $30 BFRGL?

After the switchover last week, my phone has been using band 66 indoors and outdoors. Signal strength 3 bars, sometimes 2. Signal strength -101.

Not the 5 bars I expected with a TMO cell 0.3 mi away, but a big improvement anyway.
