Not the lowest price ever ($50 more than a previous Staples SD), but seems like a good price for the latest gen XPS 13.

Am I missing something? Why is a laptop that's 13", has a graphics card that underperforms a GTX 760m, doesn't have the better i7, uses ddr3, and the only saving grace is a pcie SSD, at this price a deal at all?

Honest question because i believe you can do better for less.

Please show me a 13" or larger laptop with comparable or better graphics than a GTX 760m, has a better i7, uses ddr4, weighs the same or less than this laptop, and has battery life as good or better than this laptop for the same price or less.

If it doesn't have dedicated graphics, why not just get a refurb macbook pro 13" for the price?

Didn't the Acer Predator deal from last week have better specs for roughly the same price as this one?

He meant 13" or lower. Obviously for the same price, you can get better specs if you go with a heavier/larger laptop. For 13", less than 3lbs, this is cream of the crop of its class.

To play this game, it's about the screen size, which really translates to laptop weight. Probably one of the best performing ultrabook type 13 inch laptops you can buy at the moment. Of course, if you add on weight, you can definitely beat its specs in performance. But hard to beat its light weight and battery life

Thanks for the response. I guess I wasn't considering the weight and battery life as more important than performance.

The big differences in favor of the Dell are the Iris 640 graphics and the overall excellent reviews for XPS 13 laptops.
