Home Depot has the Magic Chef 6 Qt. All-in-One Multi-Cooker [homedepot.com], model MCSMC10S7, for $49.88 with free shipping. Price valid 6/22-7/12. EDIT: sale price extended to 7/23.

Features include:
- Multi-cooker combines the function of a slow cooker, pressure cooker, saute, rice cooker, steamer, yogurt maker, and food warmer.
- Dual pressure settings for efficient food preparation
- Slow Cook up to 12 hours
- Dishwasher safe stainless steel inner pot

4.5 of 5 stars from 99 reviews.

Although advertised on page 2 of the Red White & Blue Savings appliance ad [homedepot.com], inventory check show no stock in the major cities I've checked.

It was $54.88 during 2016 Black Friday. That deal, this thread and customer reviews mention that this is a virtual clone of the immensely popular Instant Pot IP-DUO60 Duo 6qt 7 in 1 cooker and many parts are interchangeable.

Nope. Frugal and financially responsible man's instapot.
I can't speak to how they compare but I have several instant pots and I had a power pressure cooker xl and the power pressure cooker xl is atroscious. I would avoid it at all costs unless you want to turn yourself away from pressure cookers completely. They're poorly made and they have a Teflon pot instead of a thick stainless steal one which results in whatever you're cooking getting stuck on the bottom and in order to get the burnt residue off you end up scraping off the Teflon which is unhealthy because particles end up in your food not to mention it is a massive pain in the ass. Also the power pressure cooker isn't as adjustable with regards to time frame which eliminates a lot of recipes and quick dishes you would be able to do with some of their competition. Insignia had a cheap version that was compensable to the instant pot that I would look for to wet your feet and if this has a stainless steel pot I would give it a try as well but I'd make sure that you're able to adjust the time down to at least 4 minutes before you pull the trigger on it.

Only a few reviews on amazon, but looks like there are some issues with it.

Bit as an impulse buy as I've been considering one for a while and this is the cheapest I've been able to snag.

Personally I cooked with digital pressure cooker and Convection Countertop Oven these days; stress free since both come with timer. Don't need this one since I've already had two digital pressure cookers. Not sure about magic chef but definitely would recommend digital pressure cooker. The following two items from HD are also slick.
