I do sometimes have problems with waiting for stuff to credit, but I've always submitted a ticket and they credited my account. Might do this.

My advice - take all of the screenshots : offer , payment , order n email confirmation

Right now i've issues with one of those offers "Love with food", supposed to get 1,000SB by 6/18 but didn't.
I've all of those screenshots n created a ticket attaching those.

I have a ticket open since April 2nd for missing 1500pts. Provided them screenshots and their only response is that they are working on it. The email thread is now 24 messages long and as of June 12... their response is the same.

"Thanks for writing in. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience and frustration this has caused you. We are aware of the crediting issue and working with our partners to get this resolved as soon as possible. Again, so sorry for any inconvenience."

Has anyone else had a problem getting any credits that haven't posted automatically resolved? I did the Freedompop sim purchase back in February and have never received anything. I have messaged four different times with proof, but don't even get a response. It's crazy because they used to always respond.

Same here with eStories. Ive messaged them 3 times and get the same reply as you. First time they havent credited (yet) when I've sent in proof.

Swagbucks has never screwed me over yet.....the worst was when i needed to email them every other day until they credited me back the 3000sb they owed me from the proactiv deal after like 2 months? You just need to bug them and make sure they are aware of your issue
