It wouldn't take my TSN of my TivoHD so I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with useless customer service. They're stating that since my TivoHD wasn't plugged in for the past 7 weeks that it's no eligible for the promotion. He stated that it needs to be plugged in and active from June of 2016 through June of 2017. What a joke...

It will take my Series 3 TSN numbers as codes. It won't take any of my Series 2 TSN numbers as codes.

All boxes were hooked up long enough to download new OS/program guide in March when the previous deal was announced. (Didn't do me any good then...now the Series 3 boxes are transferable).
