That's my cut-off too but this I pre-ordered for $10 and it's still in shrinkwrap Frown. If I hadn't, $6 is good enough for me for this quality title.

We did a 4k restoration on this title, the bluray looks great. The included Brad Bird documentary is also very good.

Vin Diesel's breakout role for voice characters (or not so much voice characters), probably how he got Groot in Guardians of the Galaxy. Good price for a classic, Jen Anniston and Harry C Jr are good in it too
