The e-mail will also provide instructions on how to redeem the Second Promotional Code. The Second Promotional Code expires at 11:59 p.m. (PT) July 31, 2017. Offer does not apply if your Prime Now qualifying order is canceled or refunded. Offer applies to first-time customer orders. Offer is subject to either (a) a $15 order minimum; or (b) the minimum order amount in your delivery area, whichever is greater. Taxes, tips, and delivery fees do not apply when determining minimum order amount. Offer available to Amazon Prime Members and only applies to products purchased through Prime Now that are sold by Amazon. Products sold by third party sellers that are available on Prime Now do not qualify for this promotion. Offer does not apply to digital content, alcohol or to orders placed through voice shopping using Alexa, Amazon.com or any Amazon mobile application other than Prime Now. Items must be purchased in a single order and delivered at the same speed to a single address. Delivery fees and taxes may apply to the full value of discounted and free promotional items. Offer limited to one per customer and account. The maximum benefit you may receive from this offer is $20 ($10 off your first order and $10 off your next order). Amazon reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time. Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold. Offer discount will be allocated proportionally among all promotional items in your order. If any of the products or content related to this offer are returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product or content, subject to applicable refund policies. If you violate any of these terms, the offer will be invalid. Unless an Amazon Gift Card is the stated benefit of the promotion, promotional codes (including those placed directly in accounts) may not be redeemed for Amazon Gift Cards.

In my metro they use a local carrier called Dynamex, and those dudes will do almost anything to avoid delivering packages to anything but a single-family home. I can't even list all the ways they've avoided bringing packages to my homes (multiple apartments now), or my office, and the reasons listed are always lies, such as "gated community, access not available". It was not a gated community, it was your typical apartment complex where they would have had to read the building numbers and climb one flight of stairs. They were just mad the leasing office was closed and they couldn't dump all their packages there at once.
I also had to stop trying to use Prime Now and Same Day for business deliveries--including some cases where it would have been really helpful--because somehow we always ended up with deliveries later in the day, and the drivers would always mark the package as 'business closed'. Except, lulz, we are open 24 hours a day and I would always put signs on the office door to the effect of: DEAR AMAZON DRIVER NO WE ARE NOT CLOSED PLEASE COME IN. They never even got out of their cars, obviously--not even convinced they ever came to the location until the next day. Thus obliterating the whole point of same day/Prime Now.
Seriously the thing that most makes me regret not owning a single family home, because I assume those are the people who actually get their packages.
