When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! What do you do when someone PMs you, saying they're still new but have questions about a particular exprd toy TQ, and yet they have been members since 2007? Zero posts. Zero reps. I'm just not comfortable handing out info to people who have been members for a while and yet haven't made even one contribution, but are asking about using coupons such as this one. shake head

Big Grin
I agree with you on that part. If someon'es been a member since 2007 and hasn't posted, well, then they're SOL in my book, sorry. I would tell them I don't use the etq so I have no idea (telling the truth-I can't use them here)

We use it for restaurants. I throw a few cans in my purse when we are going out and if DS is restless I let him play with it at the table. That way the mess isn't at my house. After a few uses, when it gets all mixed up and a little gross, I just throw it away. We could eat out every night for the rest of our lives and I probably still wouldn't get through my Kmart stash of Playdoh.

Thank you for everyone for your lunch ideas. We were already doing the lunchable, but they're sick of them, lol. Can't blame them, they're kind of gross. I will stock up with a bigger variety of fruits and veggies and look for the Thermos thingies. Do they make Thermos things that are like containers, not just the ones to put drinks or soup in?

I have the foam kind I got at 90% off at CVS over the summer and also the stainless steel small ones I got at T 75% off at. The foam one is on the small side and is supposed to be for cool foods. The stainless steel is for either hot or cold foods.

Ok, experienced gamer Moms! I need help! Trying to decide between Guitar Hero Band Edition and the comparable Rock Band edition for our Wii. This will probably be THE x-mas gift from you-know-who. I have 2 boys, 5 and 7. They are extremely addicted to all things Wii, and I'm sure they'll pick the game parts of either up quickly. Other than the play lists, what are the big differentiating points? I haven't seen either one played on the wii (just the playstation play area at BestBuy).
TIA!

I need some ideas from all you great moms that pack lunches for your kids in school. What the heck do you pack for them besides a sandwich and chips?? I need some ideas, My kids would be ever so grateful!!!
Everyone else has already made such good suggestions --- what about 'puppy chow' my kiddos love that ---- or little sliced hot dog circles (with a toothpick) that he can pick up with the toothpic --- little sandwichs (like PB) that you cut with a cookie cutter to make fun shapes etc.

I use Lock and Lock containers that have dividers inside and pack sliced fruit, veggies, ham, crackers, cheese, etc. My daughter LOVES Spam, so one section is filled with Spam and the others are healthy laugh out loud
Hmmmm - I will try spam --- haven't tried that yet!

My daughter has a severe addiction to Tuna Helper. She eats it 4 days a week for lunch and 3 for dinner.
Every now and then I have seen coupons for .50/1 Hamburger/Tuna Helper or more commonly $1/3 and if you have a store which doubles them and also sells them $10/10 then that is not a bad deal. If not you can always make Mac-N-Cheese and add tuna to it (it is similar to Tuna Helper - you can also add one bag of frozen veggie to add nutritional value --- I also put double the tuna to increase the nutritional value.) You can also make it from scratch --- althought that is a little more work.

Cold pasta salads if your kids will eat them -
Thanks a lot ----- now I am hungry for pasta salad!!!! Hmmmm - I think I should pick up a box of Suddenly Salad later!

BTW - DM - What EBO coupon are you looking for ---- I am confused and it is bugging me now! Is there a $5 off coupon for the EBO ... in addition to the "free mix" one that goes with the EBO??? I am just puzzling here -

Teehee Ummm, just tell them, I'm sorry, but etq's are extremely YMMV and that most stores don't take them. Other than that, if they want to try it, buy what's on the q, and use the q. Smilie

Ummm, Puppy Chow?????

As for the EBO..I have no fricken clue! There's the $5 PS peelie and the free mix q, that's all I have been able to find. Unless someone used the Hasbro or Playskool $5 game q from the book on the EBO and got confused, I Dontknow I've given up trying to figure it out. I'll use 3 PS peelie (1 for the oven and 2 for the mixes) and the free mix q. That will get me to $5 for all of it. Easy peasy to cover with overage, so free for me!

I dont mind the work! I add two cans of tuna in now (we use albalcore, i am not really a good coupon person with some things LOL. I save enough money on everything else so I dont really care! How would you suggest making it by scratch? Ive tried the macaroni and she will not eat it! If you ever see those coupons could you let me know? I generally pick it up when it goes 2/$3 as I have not seen it cheaper. We get 75/3 coupons sometimes but I can only double up to .50 Frown

I had a great Target run today Smilie

I got:
3 Pirates of Carribean movie ($10 ea)
3 Santa claus movies ($12.99 ea)
1 EBO $19.99
2 mixes $4.99 ea
1 barbie i studio thingamajig $19.99
4 pairs of converse $7.98 ea (rang up on seperate orders, got $5 giftcards for each)
3 goody ouchless pack $2.19 ea
1 bag of dorritos snack packs $3.59
4 boxes of caribou coffee bars $1.24 ea
4 glade candle holders
8 apple cinnamon plug ins
4 refills
B/C (including tax) 221.46

Busy day on here today!

Retsbar, I hope you will soon find a SDer in your area. It took me awhile too. Keep your location posted and watch for other's locations and eventually you'll find someone hug

Playdough, I KNOW it wreaks havoc on the floors, furniture, etc...but I really loved making it when the kids were young...geh, who am I kidding? I still love making it LMAO

Tuna helper should be easy right now with the tuna coupons out. Free tuna pouches, and the grocery stores seem to always be running specials on the tuna helper. I am on the bumble bee tuna salad kit kick right now (thanks Double). They are 1.29, I use the 1.00 q. They come with crackers and tuna salad. great for a snack or part of lunch. I've also used it to make tuna salad sandwiches when I am just too lazy to make tuna salad, then save the crackers for another lunch.

We make edible playdough. At least the dog eats it then and it wont kill the kiddo if she eats it (WHY do they insist on eating playdouugh, EWWW!) Anyhow its peanut butter, some flour, some honey and some water. NOT a lot of honey or it will be sticky and totally the wrong thing you are looking for.

Thanks about the Tuna Helper. I might find something. Its a staple here, but it is oh so disgusting.
