K everyone - passing on a request for prayers or well wishes if prayers aren't your thing -

A town very close to my hometown was struck with tragedy this week. A 27 year old mother of 2 year old twins was reported missing by her ex-husband (they lived together, were reconciling) after being gone for 24 hours. He said they had an argument when she came home from work last Friday, she left on foot, and had not been seen since. After a week of searching, he led police to the area where her body was found late last night.

She had a will which gave custody of the boys to her 18 year old sister, who sounds like a hard working, dedicated young woman, but this family has so much pain and so many struggles ahead that I'm hoping everyone can include them in their thoughts and prayers.

Dec12 Girl - I also have a daughter who has/had a speech impediment and we went through years of therapy, counselling, special ed classes, etc. --- Today she is 27, she graduated with honors from high school, went to college. 1) You could never offend! I think that part of what makes the world a better place is different perspectives on things - You have been through a lot and your daughter sounds as if with your wonderful parenting has grown into a fantastic young woman!!! I wish her well & wishing her baby dust!!!!!!

2) I am so so so glad that the pain meds are keeping the pain under control for your SIL - you are all in my thoughts and prayers!! I think it is wonderful that you are doing your Christmas stuff now - again hugs hugs hugs & thoughts your way!!!

Found a new to me peelie $1 off Premium M&M's. On regular Christmas bags of plain M&M's. Wasn't able to grab one or look too close, I was in a big hurry and it was right on the main aisle by the check out. I'll try to grab some next time I go and give more info unless I missed it and it was already posted.

I'm sorry if this is already answered, haven't read chit chat for awhile and trying to catch up. I'm almost 100% positive that if you "forget" to give the coupon at the register and take it to customer service to adjust (on the day you buy it) it doesn't attach to your receipt so when you take it in to do a PA it will give you back the full amount because it doesn't know the coupon attached. . .

I know this worked this summer, however haven't tried it since there have been crazy updates.

About the decoding site: he took it down because a poster here used some of his wording to create a 'coupon tutorial' thread. He got all kind of angry about that and took his site down altogether. I was hoping he would bring it back, but I guess he just has to get the last digs in by not allowing posting...gosh, seems like he would like the traffic this place sends his way.

Has anybody been to T yesterday or Today? I have varying reports on the price of glade candles. Are they still 2.50? Anybody have any idea on the wisps? My mom is so cute, she's getting the PP car holder and a bunch of cars for my niece for Xmas, sounds like such a nice idea Whee
