I could never max out my 100 mbps connection with PIA, so I switched.
Also, I'm not sure if their client can punch through firewalls. When I had PIA, I was told by their support that they couldn't do anything for me...but at least they offered me a refund.

Torguard is pretty decent and it's a cheap VPN. Doesn't punch through firewalls as well.
I now use AirVPN. Expensive, but I can go through my university's firewall and my work. Also you can max your download on any server. It's the only VPN that I could find that gives you information on a specific server (like bandwidth load, latency, etc)
