Im keeping the walmart order open just in case the jet has issues. If its as advertised, walmart order going back to store sealed.
One of the first things I noticed upon receiving my package was a shipment label from China dated September 2016. after unpacking and laying out the mattress it was about 6" thick compressed. after 48 hours of leaving the first mattress alone to rise, it had inflated to 10.5" and was too firm for my preference. I contacted jet (great cs) and they scheduled a return pickup and shipped me another. the replacement had the same original shipment date (sept '16) and once again didn't fully rise (rose to 11" at highest but the ends only rose to 9"). I ended up returning that one as well. I can't speak to the quality of the foam as it never fully rose but the novaform I purchased inflated to the full 14" evenly within 24hrs.
