I think they are trying to be deceptive with the "New Version" wording. It is the new version of the outdoor mount (didn't even know there was an old version), but I'm assuming they're banking on folks not reading clearly and thinking it is the new version of the cameras. I highly doubt that people are out there really looking for the new version of the outdoor mount, and if they are, not really looking for a bundle that includes it.

This is the gen-1 Arlo - which has more lag issues associated with motion detection triggered recording vs the newer version ( the Arlo Pro )
This is not such a good deal.
btw - IF you are new to looking for security cameras and comparing them, I've put some notes into the Lorex 4K deal wiki which I hope will be useful to others as I learn more about security cameras. Also do take a look at the various youtube video links on security camera captures I have there - hopefully those videos will give you some good ideas about placement of cameras.
