"I got this last year"... Umm the 8700k was released today...
When I first saw this deal it didn't strike me as that great...

If you swing over to PCpartpicker you'll realize that you probably won't be able to build your own for cheaper.. including all the freebies (games, rgb keyboard, headset, mousepad).

Saves a lot of time and hassle so good deal
I bought in to this deal last year at right about this same time with the i7 6700k. Worst buying experience of my life. Didn't receive until mid-December, motherboard came DOA. Took over a week to get a replacement. CPU went out after that. Both of the upgraded "silent fans" have crapped out. Power supply was a PoS. Anyways, after at least 30 calls to this company being told lie after lie, I will never do business with them again. Spend a few more bucks and save yourself a miserable experience.

I got this last year. Havent had any issues with the PC itself (works great), but this company is a bit shady and its customer service sucks! Also the freebies (mine came with a free keyboard, mouse, mic) are very cheap. The keyboard broke within the first day and my replacement broke within the first week. If anything is broken on the PC, it is a crazy hassle to get a replacement.
WARNING! IF YOU WANT YOUR FREEBIES, YOU HAVE TO SELECT THEM WHEN YOU BUILD YOUR PC! YOU WONT GET THE FREEBIES IF YOU DONT SELECT THEM!!!!
Overall, my experience with this PC has been fine, but I've heard some crazy stories about this company, so be careful!

I just built my first pc and it was less powerful than this for about the same price.

Not a big deal to me because I was just something I wanted to do but this seems like a good deal.

Fyi, my pc was an i5 7600k and gtx 1080 combo

Yeah, pretty much the same reason why I posted this. I was planning on building my own when the coffeelakes came out, but i was going over 1500 with the parts alone not counting the freebies. At the same time, the 8700s and 8700ks seem to be sold out everywhere.

Motherboard

Ram

PSU

is where they're skimping on..

If you did this yourself, You'd get a higher tier for those 3 items. (Not MORE), but (Higher-end)

Everything else is about right..

The motherboard seems fine, but you are right about the RAM and the PSU. If someone wants this I would upgrade the PSU immediately.
