PSA: Back exercise to help relieve pain when you get the pain from being hunched over at your desk :)

Most of us do it... hunched over looking at our phones or computers, and end up hurting the back. I had the issue, and ran into this page with some simple exercises to help with that. just thought would share with fellow SDers... Smilie http://www.lifeofpt.com/stretches...back-pain/

Try sitting on the edge of your bed or the back of a sofa and raise one leg at a time till its horizontal. Hold 20-30 seconds. Repeat each leg 2-3 times.
I found it helps relieve pressure, and helps with my back pain.
