kiss the gc's goodbye if you choose to not follow the requirements, most of which are not public and in the spirit of helping all the sd'ers that choose to ask the questions, be given the info, yet still insist they know the loops is quite baffling. if anyone else is internal, please enlighten us better.

have yet to see anyone else be qble to connect the dots. to each their own. new phone at a premium. nothing to show for it since you insist on doing anything else than what is required. not my gc. not my mess to handle later. definetly not me kicking myself later for doing something advised to not do.

Dealing with dumbest reps of all time. Have an issue with number porting from Republic Wireless. It's been 3 days. All these say is activation is pending and retry submitting to number port. This is my conversation every time from past 3 days and no one listens, except saying it will work this time. Requested for escalation and excepting a call within 24 hrs from tech support.

Added this to the wiki: When you call in to get your unlock code, make sure that you get the unlock code and unfreeze code. In my case (Galaxy S8), the agent provided the unlock code when i called first which did not work in the first 2 tries. I called back and got the unfreeze code and tried that one and it turned out to the be unlock code.

$500 GC offer is visible in My Xfinity --> Settings --> Legal Agreements, but when you click for details it says "Content not available", and when you click "See all terms and conditions" it just reloads the page. So I can't actually see the details/terms of the offer. It does say the date I agreed to it (date of ordering XM). It's just kinda worrying to not be able to see what terms you supposedly agreed to, and what the conditions are to get the card versus XM finding a random trivial technicality to disqualify you and not have to give you the $500.

Also still can't find any way to verify $200 Samsung GC.

You don't have to worry about the content not available. Try checking xfinityrewardcenter

Question, I already bought the phone and using, now I see in my location there is Xfinity internet 25Mbps for $30 (currently I'm paying $40 for 10Mbps). If I get in on the $30 deal, will it affect my eligibility of the $500+200?
