BJ's offers $5 coupon for $50 AMEX GC in store. The card plus activation fee is $53.49.
The coupon can be found on the last page of the booklet available in store.
From past experience of the similar deal, the coupon is limited 1 per transaction, but seems no limit for separate transactions.
Probably useful for those who need to meet the spending requirement for credit card bonus. For me, I just rolled several Newegg rebate cards into one card.
